I stayed here last September to see if it would work as a place to stay for the Fête de Remparts happening (now) in less than two weeks, this July 2025. I was so enamored with everything about it; locale, charming & authentic, that when I got back home, I immediately booked it for the Fête, and received an email confirmation for my dates. About a month ago, I wrote to re-confirm, as I was lining everything up in my work-world to cover the fête. (I'm a roving France reporter). No response. Each week I wrote again, with no response. I finally called yesterday and was told I don't have a reservation; many reasons were given. Did you use the website. Did you book in 2025. We have a lot of people coming ... even though on my laptop and hers while speaking, she was looking at the confirmation. There was zero attempt to correct the error, but only to say 'try another BnB'. Dinan is booked out, which I told her. It's why I booked so far ahead. She blew me off. It was catastrophic. It's important for people to know there is a lack of reliability, with huge consequences for those affected. I wish I could give them a great review.

Great location! The hotel was very conveniently located in a beautiful narrow street with half timbered houses. Restaurants along the riverfront were just down the hill. We were given very specific directions for driving to the Logis to drop off our suitcases. Free parking was a shortish walk away.

Beautifully appointed ! Such attention to detail in decoration. Comfortable indeed. Easy to park. Dinan itself is staggering - and is reflected in this property. It has our highest recommendation!!
