Hotel Happy

Booked for two nights. The room I was allocated was extremly cramped. Everything had to be remained packed as there was no space. Shower in the very cramped ensuite flooded the room. The bed was uncomfortable, which prevented me from sleeping on my back, with a bright green light shining all night. The second night I was swapped to a standard sized room, which at least had a comfortable bed. After the evenining meal (after checking in) I became very poorly suffering from all the symptoms of food poisoining. Next day was ruined as I was unable to eat anything, and was very tired. At least I managed 12 hours sleep the second night. I had to specially order a plain omelette for breakfast before departure. The second day was also ruined as I was still very exhausted. After flying home on the third day, I have had to cancel plans for the fourth day as still not fullly recovered. Appetite slowly returning.

Lovely hotel right by the centre, overlooking the whole town. All staff were really friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Room was a good size. Breakfast offered a good variety of choice. Has a decent bar and balcony with great views. Not much to do in town, but if you're here, I'd highly recommend this hotel.
