Hotel Silver Land New Digha with Rooftop Pool

This hotel is located far away from the sea and market area. The staff does not carry the guest luggage to their provided room and ask for tips which was weird. Food is very expensive geyser was not working properly pool is small and deep and only for the adults. Not mocktail no music no fun. At this price range we can easily get better hotels nearby the sea side. So it's thumbs down for hotel silver-land 1 out of 5 for me.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The ambience was satisfying and the location of the hotel is perfect. The food is great but it can be better. The lobby looks awesome in the evening after the lights come on. Finally the amenities are really commendable and comfortable. The swimming pool on the rooftop provides an almost 360° view of the surroundings. The overall stay at the hotel was fantastic and we are already looking forward for our next stay here again

Experience is terrible for me for the reasons below- 1. Rooms are good but with cockroaches. If you complain then they will do mosquito s prey as they don' have cockroach killer. If you complain again they will say that only liquid they have is from pest control and as it has too much odor they will do it after our checkout. 2. Food- all foods are salty and if you complain they will add water to normalise it. 3. Understaffed - on friday while we checked in found that only one boy is there for the entire restaurant and hotel and as a consequence youbwill get every thing late. Even the restaurant boy is saying the same that he is tierd also. 4-as hotel is understaffed, if you ask for single thing you will not get it or get it so late that you don't need it anymore. I asked for a blanket for 2 days and till checkout i heard we are sending someone. As in digha they always gets customer they don't bother to fix this problem at all. But don't worry they are very particular about the checkout time.

The room was kinda nice i got a luxury feeling in budget, but as per service it didn’t stand out. When i arrived, there were no tissue papers in the washroom, so i asked for it twice, but they didn’t responded back. All they did is just nodded their head. There were stains in the sofas table, and the inside walls of washroom need a renovation. And the worst thing that i saw is, there were dirty. Cutlery was outside of the each and every doors which made the corridor look so pathetic.

Rooms are clean and we have got the room which we have booked. Location is also good. The only thing what i think need to check food service. Otherwise most of the things are ok. It is a pet friendly hotel
