Rooms : Booked a deluxe room with B2B plan, room was average spaced with standard room amenities but they don't provide any toiletries kit like toothbrush, comb until asked and no moisturiser was available even if requested. These deluxe room bathrooms are extremely small. Room service and house cleaning team was good however as a surprising element in this property. Food : Food quality was good however my experience was disappointing, I paid 1K more per day for B2B buffet breakfast, when we reached I am told there are less occupants hence no buffet will be served , my whole experience was destroyed, consult to front desk or mailing management, nothing helped. They provided ala-carte instead, however wait time was LONG for obvious reasons. Other amenities : Parking space, kids play area and an exclusive setup with ducks, rabbits and pigeons for entertainment. Location: For senior citizen or people needs wheelchair assistance , the location is convenient, right besides Digha rail station, but its 10 mins leisure walk from beach, hence no sea view from rooms. The management declared or acknowledged LeRoi Digha as 3 star hotel, my point is how that been awarded and published over internet as a 3 star, they don't have any gym, swimming pool, spa.
