Four Seasons Resort the Nam Hai Hoi An arvostelua

We just returned from a short family holiday where we stayed at the Four Seasons. Our Family Villa was well appointed, with welcome snacks and excellent attention to detail that made son feel like home immediately.  We ate many meals at the resort, which was good quality and generous portion size. The facilities were top notch, with a daily programme offering a variety of activities to participate at leisure.  The best thing was the service, which was just impeccable.

This hotel is very well decorated. The swimming pools are incredible.

남편과 생일기념으로 갔는데 우선 방이 너무 넒고 침구도 편안했습니다. 개인 버틀러는 너무 섬세하고 모든걸 신경써주었습니다. 호텔에서 할수있는 액티비티도 굉장히 많았습니다. 조식도 다양하고 전갈하면 맛도 훌륭했습니다. 개인풀장과 공용풀장 모두 넒고 훌륭했습니다.

很讚的住宿經驗，因為我們是家族旅遊共12人，分別訂了3badrooms、**adroom的房型住宿3夜，四季很棒的是3房其實是3棟villa+1個共同大客廳+一個中型溫水游泳池，每棟住戶都有自己私密空間，雖然同住但不會互相干擾，整個四季渡假村園區佔地面積很大，出入房間在園區行動都叫buggy或騎自行車，提供很多設施（網球場、羽球場、撞球室、健身房、兒童遊樂區)如果是家族旅遊很推薦訂2或3臥室的房型，管家也是提供很多貼心的服務。

會安四季是這次旅遊最期待的酒店，出機場就會有酒店的工作人員舉牌子接機，會有專車送到酒店，車上還有Wi-Fi。入住後管家會詳細介紹酒店設施和活動，包括會安古鎮的餐廳也會推薦，提出的合理要求都會盡力滿足。幾乎每次出門後房間都會打掃乾淨，泳池非常大真的可以游泳，拍照也很出片。spa的手法非常舒服，享受在椰子樹下騎車散步的感覺。唯一的遺憾是晚飯在La Sen上菜稍慢，但是味道不錯。非常感謝管家TAM.NGUYEN，善良且完美的服務，有求必應。

與以前住過的四季酒店以及附近的奢華酒店，如峴港洲際酒店相比，會安四季酒店的基礎房價高達800美金左右，卻並不提供相應的價值和體驗。在這個價格範圍內，期望享受到奢華體驗，然而，會安四季酒店似乎沒有達到這些期望。 首先，與附近的奢華酒店相比，會安四季酒店的房間以及公共區域的內部設計和裝飾明顯不夠精緻和令人印象深刻。其他奢華酒店通常以獨特的建築風格、精美的藝術品和考究的內部設計而脱穎而出，而四季酒店的設計似乎相對平庸和缺乏個性。甚至覺得有些平庸，用力過猛，根本不像四季的風格。這使得客人在酒店內無法感受到真正的奢華和品味。 此外，四季酒店的早餐質量和多樣性與周邊的奢華酒店相比顯然不敵。在相近的價格檔次中，其他酒店通常提供更多的早餐選擇和更高品質的美食以及寧謐的空間。客人往往期望在早餐時品味到獨特的美食，但會安四季酒店未能提供這一體驗。 綜合考慮，對於願意付款高價以享受奢華體驗的客人來説，會安四季酒店可能並不是最明智的選擇。附近的奢華酒店（芽莊安縵、峴港洲際、富國島麗晶等等）在相似的價格範圍內提供更加精緻和獨特的體驗，而會安四季酒店未能達到這一標準。因此我覺得會安四季酒店的價格並不值得買單。 當然酒店泳池和沙灘非常漂亮，不過個人覺得也就這兩點值得體驗，還不如衹去吃個椰子。

朋友推薦的酒店，為此特地改變了越南行程。住了3天兩晚，不虛此行。酒店內部設施齊全，住4天都不會膩的那種，滿分💯

다낭 지역 최고의 숙소 그냥 모든게 완벽해요 직웜들도 너무 친절하고 바다 앞 해양 액티비티 추첨해요 무조건 다시 오고싳은곳 밥도 너무머무 맛잇어용 ㅎㅎ

just few villas has actual sea view extremely overpriced (1200 usd fir simple villa without pool, without ocean view) - breakfest is basic - glass of wine at swimming pool bar - 500k vnd. crazy! - there is notging special about this hotel

다낭 공항에서 30분 걸림 밤낮 모두 아름다운 리조트 친절한 직원들 음식이 아주 맛있어서 원래 하루 2끼 먹는데 3끼씩 먹었음 침대가 편해서 잠이 잘 옴 리조트 내 액티비티가 괜찮음 수영장이 3곳이 있어서 붐비지 않음 자전거 타고 다니기 좋음 리조트에서 묵는 동안 한번도 밖에 나가지 않았을 정도로 푹 쉬다 옴 (호이안 올드타운은 전에 가봤어서 안 감; 리조트에서 올드타운까지 왕복 무료 셔틀이 있음)

My wife and I are seasoned travelers, from backpacking days 30+ years ago to more planned and elevated stays around the world as we matures. The Rooms and amenities at this hotel are among the best we have encountered, with beachside pools and restaurants 5 star plus. The staff and manager, Marco, went above and beyond to ensure that certain food allergies were navigated with grace and thoroughness. While a quite expensive alternative to most 5 star SE Asia offerings, our two nights there were restoring and refreshing. Highly reccomend.

We enjoyed our one week stay in a one bedroom pool villa. Our butler, Thien, was absolutely excellent throughout our stay. He was extremely responsive and efficient. All of the staff were very friendly and kind. I appreciated their attentiveness when I was sick and their personal escort to the local hospital so I could receive treatment. The food here was pretty good. However, at times, the service in the restaurants could be slow. In my opinion, the resort could do with an additional restaurant so there is more variety. The spa is lovely and the staff there did a fantastic job with our treatments. The resort is very easy to navigate- it is flat and relatively compact- however a buggy service is always available to take you from a to b. I appreciate four stars seems on the low side, but I am comparing our experience and the overall quality to comparable properties we have stayed at. I think this is a really excellent hotel, albeit with some shortcomings - eg cleanliness of our pool was not always the best, limited restaurant choice especially when the Vietnamese restaurant was closed one night, at times slow service, dirty beach (lots of plastic and other items). With all that said, we would return.

넓은 시설은 둘째치고, 서비스는 역시 전세계 1등입니다. 전용 버스로 도착했을 때 직원이 7명이 마중을 나와주셨고, 체크인은 방에서 직접 개인 집사님이 해주셨습니다. 개인 집사님이 빨래부터(무료) 커피 과일 등 필요한 모든걸 다 카카오톡으로 해주시고, 수석 쉐프님은 한국분이신데 최고의 요리들을 선보여주십니다. 아버지가 수영을 하다가 1cm 열상이 생겼는데, 럭셔리 택시로 응급실도 (호텔 상주 간호사가 동행해주고) 무료로 서비스 해주셨습니다. 불편할 틈을 안주는 포시즌은 역시 최고의 여행을 경험할 수 있게 해줍니다. 무엇을 상상하던, 그 이상을 경험하실 수 있습니다.
