"The people in the Spa are unbelievably rude, they cut my butt-length hair to my shoulders and chest (which didnt even blend together), i asked for a 2-inch trim and v shape, i even explained to the guy and showed him, which he confirmed before cutting my hair; they gave me short-layers, i was in tears. I got overwhelmed and left, my daughter was furious, 17 year old girl, she went down to explain to get a refund. Nobody was helping her, told her no-refund and played in her face, being totally disrespectful of my girl. I told her what I asked for and they kept trying to change it to her, however, she knows me and what id ask for. After 15 minutes of being rude to her, the man gave her the money back, slapped it into her hands; she said a "thank you" and went to leave and the man went "no thank you", she got furious with him. He has terrible customer service skills and needs to go. He cannot take accountability, cannot listen to basic instructions and has no manners."

Aquasis de Luxe Resort & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

"This is our fourth time in Turkey, and our first time at Aquasis. It's a very large hotel and we really enjoyed it. They have activities for the whole family and the entertainment team is excellent. We met many other Latin Americans and had a great time with them. We would definitely like to return."

"Erinomainen arvo ja hyvin lapsiystävällinen. Resort on enemmän perheen lapsia kuin pari. Ruoka on hyvin kiireinen ajoissa. Uima-allasalue on erinomainen sekä huoneen puhdistuspalvelu. Ei ympäristöystävällisin paikka, koska muovijäte on korkea. Sijainti on hyvä, koska se ei ole kaukana rannasta, mutta lentokentän siirtäminen kesti yli tunnin."

"The first thought. What kind of resort is this. Misleading. It’s not a resort. Let’s go with hotel. The room is okay decent size. Bedsheet dirty. Bedding dirty. Room smells like sewage Food. All inclusive? What all inclusive. Where’s the food at. Snack bar had 2 piece of patty and few chips that’s it. Patisserie not much option Dinner time. Had to wait ages for rice for it to finished. Hardly any food option Honestly if you came here to relax at the place this won’t be it. I had to go out to get food. Because food satisfaction not there Spa area Steam room not working Sauna not working Indoor swimming pool cold and dirty As though it hasn’t been sanitised for days Drink option not much variables Lounge area. They switch the light off so it feels gloomy and scary. You want to relax in the seating area downstairs as you don’t want to be couped up in your room all day. This was more expensive than the Aquasis resort. And I beeen there. That place felt like a resort and 5 * in comparison to this crappy place. The morning turn front person is alright with his service. But even still. This is more for local people to come. Not for tourist from Uk"

"We stayed 2 nights room was lovely and clean to start but not enough glasses cups tea coffee water clothes hangers toilet rolls for 2 days and room weren't cleaned or beds made or anything topped up ect on the second day !! Breakfast poor unless you were turkish as nothing for us Europeans and kitchen staff did not understand when wr asked for toast or omelet"

"Regular visitors to Turkey but not to Altinkum for 20 years.This hotel was perfect for us.Staff in all bars were excellent as were drinks,great to have bottled beer.Our room was fine but we wish we had booked sea view.The views pool areas grounds and especially the beach area were stunning! So clean colourful well planned and many relaxed comfortable areas.The pools were very clean and sunbeds great.There were plenty of food options though sometimes things were not hot enough and menus could change a little more eg chicken kebab would be good for snack area and maybe liver and tuna in main restaurant.A little improvement in food and we would feel fully 5 star standard hotel.Jet2 say 3+ we think its more like 4+.We had a fantastic 2 week stay and expect to return as we liked Altinkum resort the people and atmosphere.Keep up the good work Laur we hope to see you again.Paul and Kelly,Doncaster England"
