Amani Luxury Apartments Diani Beach

I stayed here with my husband and 2 kids in a spacious 2 bed apartment on the ground floor. We had the pool to ourselves which felt like a private hotel☺️. The rooms are so beautiful and clean. I would return.

Worst customer service. Claimed to have cancelled our booking without providing any documentation. Kept us waiting for 2 hours with no resolution (probably spent half the time playing solitaire). Said they would email a cancellation email on the spot but did not (yes I checked before walking away). Begrudgingly printed a cancellation request. Then agreed to book us a taxi to the next hotel we had to book instantly for triple the rate only to claim the driver wasn’t there and no one else in the establishment can drive. Frustrated and do not recommend! Spend your money elsewhere because this was an experience with someone he claimed to be a manager (pictured below)!

We were from 6.02 to 26.02.2024. Very friendly, quiet and calm atmosphere. Many thanks to the friendly staff: from the moment you checked in and throughout your stay there. The guys were always ready to help. Cleaning was done every day, sometimes we asked them to reschedule the cleaning for another day. A very well guarded place - double gates. Security opened the doors promptly and greeted us with a smile. Nice clean apartments, quite spacious and equipped with everything you need. The pool is clean. The beach is 600 meters away - it was a pleasure to walk and meet monkeys. If you need a supermarket, it’s easy to use a tuk-tuk. A leisurely turtle lives in the garden; and a cat who often slept in a chair on our balcony. We hope that next time the rooftop restaurant will open its doors for us. We are pleased with our choice in favor of these apartments (price-quality). Thanks to Amani team.

Excellent The staff were very helpful and accommodating, rooms clean and well equipped with everything you would need, any problems are quickly rectified, close enough to the beach, only the issue was road to the property which is a bit rough

If you are looking for a place to go to as a group or family this is the place for you. The apartments mean you can share a space with the people you are with. I love that the decoration is very much coastal inspired.

The apartment was beautiful and equipped with everything I needed and lots of lovely touches. Comfortable beds,hot shower, Excellent swimming pool and loungers. The apartment was very clean lastly the customer service was amazing. Highly recommend!
