Ocean Village Club (Adults Only)

A perfect stay with very attentive and kind staff, a spacious and cool room, and beautiful beachfront. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Diani! The food was also very good and a good range of options. The seafood in particular was always delicious and very fresh.

My 2nd visit and a truly outstanding place to visit. I came on a solo trip with friends and this was a truly great place to unwind and let your toes feel the sand, hear the ocean waves, feel the breeze and see the clear blue waters. Best service goes to Hisimi the activities director, Arthur the chef who made me a special batch of creamed mushrooms and spinach on my last day, Fatma at the front desk, Hakimu and Mohamd Ali our waiters. Although I cant remember his name, there was one security person who went out of his way to gove a great orientation at A6 or the resort and amenities.

Muy buen hotel frente a la playa Diani. El personal siempre muy atento y la comida muy buena. Hamisi nos ayudo mucho a organizar que hacer cada día y nos aconcejó. Tienen una zona de arena frente a la playa donde los vendedores no pueden entrar.

Das Hotel sehr schön, sauber. Das Personal, atma, Christiana, Suymaya Gärtner, Hotelmanager Ahmed und slle anderen immer sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Nicht war zuviel. Das Frühstucksbuffet sehr gut und Abendessen ebenfalls. Der Pool sehr gut und die Liegen wurde immer für uns vorbereitet. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder.

Unsere Zeit im Ocean Village war einfach unvergesslich und wir können dieses Hotel von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Schon beim Ankommen spürt man die warme, einladende Atmosphäre – man fühlt sich nicht wie ein gewöhnlicher Gast, sondern eher wie ein lang ersehnter Freund. Die gesamte Anlage ist traumhaft schön: Ein tropisches Paradies mit üppigem Grün, sanft raschelnden Palmen und einem atemberaubenden Sandstrand direkt vor der Tür. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll und gemütlich, immer blitzsauber und liebevoll gestaltet – genau die richtige Mischung aus Komfort und Charme. Vorallem der riesige Baobab Baum beim Pool stellte ein wahres Highlight für uns dar. Darüber hinaus wohnen Nashornvögel in den üppigen Baumkronen. Was uns aber am meisten begeistert hat, war das außergewöhnliche Personal. Selten haben wir eine so herzliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Crew erlebt. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns quasi von den Augen abgelesen, und man hatte immer das Gefühl, dass das Team mit echter Freude bei der Sache ist. Leider wurde ich während unseres Aufenthalts für zwei Tage krank und musste im Zimmer bleiben. Mehrmals am Tag hat sich das Personal nach meinem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und mir Tee sowie kleine Snacks aufs Zimmer gebracht – einfach unglaublich fürsorglich. Sie boten mir sogar Medikamente an und organisierten auf Wunsch einen Arzt. Auch nach meiner Genesung fragten viele immer wieder nach, ob es mir besser ginge – diese Fürsorge hat mich wirklich berührt. So etwas erlebt man nicht oft! Zimmertipp: A + B Bereich (die sind in erster Reihe zum Garten/Strand gelegen) Nach diesen Tagen fühlt sich das Ocean Village nicht mehr wie ein Urlaubsziel an, sondern wie ein zweites Zuhause. Wir haben unser Herz hier gelassen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unser nächstes Wiedersehen! 🌺✨

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this hotel is a gem. The venue exudes class and gives a wonderful nod to the charm of old-style hotels, blending timeless elegance with modern comfort. Even in its simplicity, it stands out among many newer establishments. I was especially touched by the attention to detail. The hotel staff had noticed that I celebrated my birthday the day before we arrived, and to my surprise, they greeted me with a beautiful cake and a thoughtful celebration. The cake itself was absolutely delicious—such a delightful surprise! While I’d love to mention each individual by name, with over 100 dedicated staff members, I want to ensure everyone receives recognition. So, I’ve broken it down by departments: Bar & Restaurant: Always attentive, friendly, and professional. Kitchen: Exceptional food that always exceeded expectations. Guest Relations: Warm, welcoming, and made us feel at home from day one. Security: Felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay. Gardens: Beautifully maintained, providing a peaceful environment. Maintenance: Ensured everything was in perfect condition. Pool: Immaculately clean and a perfect place to relax. Concierge: Helpful and informative, always making sure our needs were met. Housekeeping: Top-notch cleanliness and service every day. Accounts: Seamless transactions and excellent customer care. Stores: Well-stocked and convenient for guests. Laundry: Efficient service with quick turnarounds. Boutique: Unique and beautiful items to remember our stay.
