Kaunis kompleksi, upea allasalue, sopii myös uimiseen, erittäin mukava ranta. Buffet-aamiainen ja -illallinen pääravintolassa ovat hyviä, ja mahdollisuus grillata tai italialainen illallinen toisessa paikassa. Juomat eivät sisälly varauksen hintaan! Huippu huonepalvelu. Mikä ei ollut niin kivaa: päivän oleskelusta ruuan ja juoman kera paikalliselle lapselle, jolle teimme täällä ihanan päivän, meiltä pyydettiin 3250 KSH. Hinta-laatusuhde ei ole ollenkaan kohdallaan! Muiden kuin vieraiden (mukaan lukien lapset) oleskelu edes hotellin edessä olevalla rannalla ei ole mahdollista, ja se on mahdollista vain 3 250 KSH:n maksua vastaan. Se on aivan liikaa.

優點：沙灘不錯 缺點： 1.吵，非常吵！！！酒店在入住時未提醒我們入住時間段晚上有party ，半夜DJ喊麥喊得心臟疼，測了分貝已經到了噪音級別，多次和酒店聯繫換房間，都沒有得到迴應，最後才派了一個服務員來説可以換個房間，去了一看還是很吵，衹能忍到party 結束。第二天才八點，又是印度人婚禮的噪音！！！ 2.服務很差。由於第一天晚上太吵沒有休息好，第二天發熱請酒店找個温度計，或者派人去買我們來付費，酒店草草迴應可以找一下，但到我們退房都沒有通知我們到底有沒有温度計，而且叫其他服務也都回應很慢 3.吃的不行，酒店自助餐基本都是印度菜，各種咖喱和泥，非常鹹，不知道是不是因為酒店一多半客人都是印度人 4.房間設施老舊，床品很舊，看起來也不是很乾凈

Nice hotel. Great food choices. Staff was helpful and had great customer service. Night time entertainment was very enjoyable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in having a good time.

We were given a lower grade room than we had paid for and he’d to move twice before we got the correct one . They were aware this had happened but did not tell us until we complained. Food is good , however if you do not like Indian cuisine your choices will be limited. Wine on the all inclusive is poor. staff are brilliant , management not so much . Annoying that you cannot go for a walk on the beach without getting swamped by beach sellers.

Wonderful hotel - great location and also the facilities are great. The only issue is when the hotel is full - there are insufficient Beach towels. it doesn't help that most people take more than expected ie 3/4 more per person rather than one per person. We had to wait the whole day to get a clean towel. ( speaking to other guests - they collected their towels @ 7.30am or the night before...) . Would recommend that management bring in a CARD system for beach towels so that everyone has an equal allocation( when it is not full you can revert to the current system. ) Guest relations ( Marcia) is amazing and recommend speaking to her about anything local. She can advise you and help whenever possible. the biggest positive is the FOOD - it was amazing and the freshest of the cooking was visibly seen. the bar was quick to respond to drinks orders. the only issue is the amount of paperwork they need as most guests are on All- inclusive yet it was requested that the room number be given every time you ordered a drink. Perhaps management can review this? let the staff see the BANDS to decide which needs food orders or not
