We spent four days at the Neptune Palms at the very end of a busy schedule Golf Safari Trip in March of 2025. We had never been to Africa before and didn't really know what to expect as it relates to the amenities and experience of what an all inclusive resort in Kenya would be. Being from Canada - we had been to Mexico, the Dominican republic - and other areas like that for an all inclusive experience and weren't sure how Neptune Palm would compare. Well...it was INCREDIBLE! The experience we had at the Palms was better than any of the amazing all inclusive experiences that we have had in the past (and we never thought those would ever be out done!!). The food was out of this world, fresh, hot, well seasoned, and plentiful. Tonnes of variety on a daily and weekly basis while we were there. The rooms were incredibly comfortable with all you could ever want in your room. Pillows and mattresses were fantastic! The amenities and activities that the resort had to offer were also world class and fun to be a part of. Only thing that perhaps was missing was some sort of Gym area where you could lift a little bit of weight or work on a bike or treadmill). Having said that, we created our own little outdoor circuit and trained with monkeys and lots of local birds watching our every move! it was so much fun! As great as the facility, actitivies, food, and drinks were - the MOST IMPRESSIVE THING ABOUT NEPTUNE PALMS WAS IT'S PEOPLE. Never have we been around people who were more friendly, welcoming, hospitable, and generous! They were incredible ambassadors in all departments. We had Mercy as our Room attendant who was a rock star, Teddy who worked on the animation team, Brian one of our bartenders at the resort, Faith and Winnie at the restaurants who always went above and beyond for us. Somehow their team quickly got to know our names in a busy place - what we were doing and asked how they could help. As an example - without asking for anything - one of the team members came up to ask about 2 hours before we were going on a snorkel tour to ask if they could pack a cooler with refreshing beverages for the snorkel event. We were blown away!!! How did they even know we were going on a tour as the company we signed up with wasn't affiliated with the hotel. There were COUNTLESS examples of this kind of proactive hospitality that continually blew us away. Mr. Manoj, the property General Manager - even met us when we first came on site and welcomed us and helped us make some plans! Talk about incredible leadership from the top. No wonder why the people are so amazing! The leadership they work under is fantastic and recognize the importance of having great people who work on their team. We can't recommend Neptune Palms more and look forward to visiting their other properties as well. It is a home run and a decision you will look back on (as we have) and be so thankful that you decided to stay with their team and family! The Neptune P

The best hotel in diani. Great location,friendlu staff,amazing activities. The beach is less crowded with tourists and the locals.The food was super amazing. We felt our four days here was very few. We had all our tours and safari with Pandu +************. Neptune palms is the place to stay.

Neptun Palm Beach – Noch besser als früher! Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal im Neptun Palm Beach, allerdings lag unser letzter Besuch einige Jahre zurück. Umso erfreuter waren wir, dass wir in keiner Weise enttäuscht wurden – im Gegenteil! Nach der Corona-Zeit und vermutlich einer längeren Phase ohne Gäste spürt man den hohen Standard und den besonderen Flair dieses Hotels. Alles wirkt perfekt organisiert, und das große Team aus männlichen und weiblichen Servicekräften in allen Bereichen kümmert sich mit Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit um die Gäste. Eine besonders positive Überraschung war die verbesserte Speisenauswahl. Es gibt gefühlt doppelt so viele Stationen wie früher, mit einer Vielzahl an Angeboten: von Fleisch bis Fisch, ergänzt durch köstliche afrikanische Gerichte. Besonders erwähnenswert ist, dass es auch immer indische Gerichte gibt – eine wunderbare Ergänzung, die der steigenden Beliebtheit Kenias bei asiatischen, insbesondere indischen, Touristen Rechnung trägt. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren im Neptun Palm Beach und vor allem im Village viele polnische Gäste anzutreffen, was für eine internationale und angenehme Atmosphäre sorgte. Am Strand hat sich seit unseren letzten Besuchen wenig verändert: Die Beachboys bieten nach wie vor ihre Dienstleistungen und Waren an. Mit einem klaren „Nein“ oder einem höflichen Hinweis wie „Heute bitte nicht“ funktioniert die Interaktion aber problemlos. Ein Kritikpunkt: Was wir jedoch als störend empfanden, ist die Handhabung der Strandliegen. Leider erlaubt das Hotel, dass Gäste – meist Deutsche – ihre Liegen dauerhaft reservieren, indem sie ihre Handtücher einfach über Nacht liegen lassen. Trotz Handtuchmarken führt das dazu, dass bestimmte Liegen unter den begrenzten Sonnenschirmen (15 Schirme für 60 Zimmer) nie verfügbar sind. Hier sollte das Hotel dringend gegensteuern und klare Regeln aufstellen, um diese Praxis zu unterbinden. Bei einer Aufbettung ist das Bett für einen Erwachsenen viel zu klein. Auch das, sollte überdacht werden. Fazit: Das Neptun Palm Beach überzeugt durch einen außergewöhnlichen Service, eine deutlich verbesserte Küche und den gewohnt hohen Standard. Wenn das Problem mit den reservierten Strandliegen gelöst wird, wäre der Aufenthalt nahezu perfekt. Anbei noch eine Rezension zu unserer tollen Safaritour mit JT Safarie

What a wonderful four days at Neptune Palms. Staff were kind and thoughtful, food was top notch and the setting on the Indian Ocean unequalled. Oh, and the fabulous pool. A welcome regenerative time after almost six days on safari. Thank you Neptune Palms.
