Avis Rechercher dans les avis Lionel Montus 2/5 il y a 12 heures sur Google C.est la 3eme fois que nous venons mais depuis 2019 l.hotel a bien vieilli Le personnel de restauration est toujours aussi accueillant, le site splendide cependant quelques désagrément constatés La clim est très bruyante surtout la nuit biensur Le personnel de la piscine est soudoye par des résidents Ce plagiste réserve les places à l.ombre par la pose de serviette de bains sur les transats au milieu de la nuit Si vous n.etes pas tres matinale et que vous ne vou payer un service gratuit alors à 7h du mavous n.aurez aucune place de disponible il faudra vous rabattre sur l.hotel d.à côté BEAUCOUP PLUS GRAVE j.ai chercher à parler avec le directeur pour lui faire constater l.etat désastreux des installations électrique autour de la piscine Aucun équipement basse tension en place contre le risque d.electrocution Boîtier haute tension cassé à 10 cm du bord de l.eau Prises de courant haute tension disposées sur les margelles et sous la passerelle qui surplombe la piscine exposes aux projections d.eau Interrupteur non conformes pas etanche places dans des zones de protection interdites au bord de l.eau UN MIRACLE QU IL N.Y AIT PAS EU ENCORE D.ACCIDENT Fin de séjour compliqué Notre voyagiste a fait une erreur dans le nombre de jours de réservation La direction nous a purement et simplement séquestré dans l.hotel nous empêchant de sortir ( portail fermé à clef) à 1h du matin en nous demandant de nous acquitter d.une somme de 284 dollars correspondante à 12h supplementaire d occupation de la chambre Le représentant du voyagiste ( Masoud Ultimate africa expedition )n.a rien fait pour corriger son erreur mieux il a fait bloquer le taxi On reviendra au kenya mais sûrement pas dans cet hôtel Nous devoilerons le nom du voyagiste et l.issue du conflit dans un prochain message

Fantastic hotel in great location next to beach. Beautiful grounds excellent staff service. Spotlessly clean. We had a room with Ocean view which was amazing. Food buffet with plenty of choice. Walter at the pool bar gave really attentive service despite him just starting at Palm Beach. Scorvia waitress again excellent service always with a smile. The young man who cleaned our room number 706 was always helpful and attentive. A big thank you to receptionist Vicky who helped us sort out problems with the flight back to Nairobi she even used her personal phone to sort for us.

The staff at the palm resort were very friendly and helpful. The service for food and drinks was excellent and very tasty, they had various cuisine's. Highly recommend. In particular at the pool bar Brian and main bar Stanley and Felix were very accommodating.

Hello,thanks for hosting us here and I really loved the hotel and neatness of the room ,all thanks to the cleaners…also loved the mnazi restaurant .. the food were delicious and amazing and mostly I would like to give my special appreciation to Brian for good cocktails ….goodbye and have a merry Christmas and a happy new year

The best hotel i have ever been. The stuff is very friendly and always helpful. The pool is clean. The rooms are spacious and clean. The garden is beautiful and well-tended. The food is delicious and the coctails are freshly made. Definitely we come back again.

This was the perfect hotel for us. The buildings and decor are properly African rather than bland modern. The rooms are well appointed with everything you need and more. The real stars of the hotel are the staff. Absolutely brilliant, friendly and helpful, going the extra mile all the time. There are so many hotels offering a similar package and its the staff that make the difference - the Neptune staff would bring me back here in a flash. In the restaurant, Patrick and his team looked after us better than anywhere else we've ever been.
