LUX* South Ari Atoll

第一次來馬爾代夫南麗世，明明是一價全包卻在酒店及管家沒有任何告知的情況下，被要求多付500+美金午餐費用。我們上島前通知的水飛時間是15:30，卻在到達lux水飛休息室時通知17:00才能飛。等上島以後管家接待告訴我們前兩天是一價全包，任何餐廳除了意大利和日式餐廳都可以免費享受，包括酒吧和咖啡廳等等，由於我們上島已經晚上6點多了，當晚是包含晚餐的，隔天是早午晚三餐都含在一價全包，再隔天是包含早餐和午餐，由於再隔天孩子們起的比較晚，吃完早餐就去游泳了，遊玩泳累了就回房間睡午覺了，睡醒大概三點多，收拾一下去beach rouge吃午餐，因為前一天管家都會發第二天各個餐廳的營業時間，我們看了beach rouge的營業時間是12:00-17:00，當我們買單時卻被告知要求自費500+美金，我自己詢問管家被告知説下午14:00後吃午餐就要自費，可以，沒問題，如果check in的時候酒店或者管家提前告知，我們一定會注意控制午餐時間在14:00以前的。但在沒有任何告知且我們的房費是包含午餐，並且餐廳午餐的營業時間明確寫了12:00-17:00的情況下非要我們自費，我當然不能同意，這明明是你們工作的失職，憑什麼讓我來買單，太坑了，感覺太差勁了👎體驗感很差，並且不簽單不讓離開，明明你們沒有在入住期間告知，並且我們嚴格遵守了管家發的午餐營業時間，check in的時候也明確表示那天房費包含午餐，簡直不能忍受😓維權到底！另一件事是我們在離島的前一晚經歷了狂風暴雨，我們住的房間是浪漫水上泳池別墅，需要每天走很長很長的路，buggy是不負責接送水屋客人的，衹能自己走路或者騎自行車，那晚一直狂風驟雨，我們在餐廳等了好久仍不見好轉，便決定打傘回房間，路上我和孩子被風雨吹的快要離開棧橋掉到海里了，且棧橋兩旁沒有任何防護措施，事後想想真的後怕，萬一抓不住傘被風颳到海里便再也回不來了，因為風浪巨大，想預訂水上屋的一定謹慎！！！

Wir hatten super tolle Tage im Lux. Wir hatten eine tolle Unterkunft und haben die Insel als Familie sehr genossen. Die Pools sind wirklich toll,sowie der private Pool ebenfalls. Das Restaurant hat uns sehr gut gefallen mit der Holzoptik. Geschmacklich war es auch immer top. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für das tolle Erlebnis. 

Words cannot express the enjoyment and pleasure me and my family experienced at Lux South Ari Atoll. We were greated by the fantastic staff by the jetty and then sat down with the lovely Giada, who was at service all the time during our stay, just a whats app away and she helped us with everything, she is fantastic! I can't praise her enough, she was amazing, she even texted in the evening when she wasn't working! We stayed for 12 nights and we split the stay with 5 nights at a watervilla and 7 nights in a beach villa. The island is not big but big enough to have a shuttle buggy so very easy to get around. The Watervilla - blew us away any was better then any expectations we had, we sat and watched the fish every evening and it was just heaven on earth. The beach villa was also amazing and to just walk straight out in the morning and swim and view was just stunning! We were really happy we split it so we did experience both. Our boys, 17 and 14 would say stay in the watervilla longer...hahaha... The rooms and everything within it was spotless. I have Celiac disease and need to eat a strict gluten free diet which often is a struggle, but I can't fault Lux and the staff, they did everything they could to accommodate me and my family. They did go above and beyond to make sure I could eat safely. First day when we arrived we meat the restaurand manager, Mark Anthony and he made sure he saw me every day and made sure I was well looked after. If I had any questions I just texted Giada and she asked the chefs for me, it was truly amazing. Mark set up an whats app group with all the chefs in all the restaurants so everyone knew where I was eating, breakfast, lunch and dinner and it was all so well organised, I have never been to a place where they helped me so much, thank you! Due to the food allergy I got to meet so many fantastic people and I did feel so welcome and nothing was any trouble.... The restaurants - we were all inclusive and we could eat everywhere but some restaurants we paid a supplement if it was included in the package but it was really worth it. The beach/pool/gym/spa is 10 out of 10 but we are beach people so we did prefer lounge beach during the day, boys wanted the water sports and in the afternoon we went to Sense beach and the sunset there, which is the best we every seen. We did go to the sunset disco at Beach rouge a couple of time too and that is an amazing experience too. The watersports was again amazinga and we saw whale shark twice! And rays....the snorkelling was 10/10. You do need to book the house reef snorkelling quickly it gets booked up. There are a few people that i need mention in this review who made this holiday amazing. FYI, everyone staff member encountered were amazing however, these few names individuals became special on our visit. - these few really were amazing individuals and Lux is lucky to have them. Wir waren über Weihnachten im LUX South Ari Atoll und waren begeistert. Von der Begrüssung am Flughafen bis zur Verabschiedung am Flughafen war alles perfekt. Unsere Villa war ein Traum mit einem riesigen Pool und allen Annehmlichkeiten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben so ziemlich alle Restaurants getestet und waren immer begeistert. Absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder.

A lovely luxury hotel with charming and helpful staff. A good range of food in the different restaurants, and chefs prepared to tweak the menu items as requested. Vijay was an excellent waiter, who popped up in many of the bars/restaurants and has a skill at recommending cocktails for lunch, and bringing extra bowls of chillis at my request. The DJ in Beach Rouge was exceptional; open to requests and uncritical of our dancing. Overall, we were looked after very well by Kayla, who was smiling and efficient; she booked us restaurants and activities as requested. Gasim, our housekeeper, was meticulous and thorough, a delightful man with a talent for bed towel art! Our hut on stilts was perfect, lovely swimming directly from the decking and comfy sofas and chairs on which to relax. The bed and pillows were top notch, so soft. Dolphins and many different fish easy to see when snorkelling. Floating yoga was a challenge, I have no core strength at all, but the session was run cheerfully and encouragingly. Sadhir did a good job of playing tennis with my husband.
