I had already menioned a note before booking to keep the room ready by 4pm, i reached at 6pm and the room was not ready until i was pushing the reception thrice to provide the room at 7:15. Till then i was given a smoking and dirty room a family would not stay. Bed was not comfortable. Only good thing is the rooftop restaurant which we liked and service was good.

Housekeeping is very lousy & slow. For a tea it took 40 mins. Food is so so. Rooms are not sound proof, saturday night dj party on rooftop was very noisy and could sleep only after 23:00 hrs. Need pest control as small small flies are in the room, almirah and bathroom

1) receiption just registered my number and contact details in visitor register, didn't explain where the room is. No one attended luggage. Communication is very unprofessional. 2) there is noise till 12. 00 midnight. Some music party was going on. I don't know why they are running a hotel. Total nuisence to the guest. 3) i met two fully drunk men in the lift. There is no safety in this hotel. Bar, restaurant, and hotel guest use the same lift and lobby. 4) linen quality and washing are not good. 5) bedrooms have bad smell. Overall experience is bad. I expect at least 50% refund on paid amount

Good staff but rooms are terrible. Have a wierd stench in the room with cigarette stains all over. Would not recommend

Flush was not working. Curtains were dirty. Broken tv. Dirty toilet. I always had good experience in dwarwata this time experience was not good.

The room was very untidy, the floors weren’t clean at all, the lenin was dirty and smelly, there were visible stains all over the room. It was very unhygienic
