我們住的是水屋。設施和床都還可以。就是服務生對衞生呢打掃很一般。島上的餐廳都很不錯。中文服務相當好。送的酒也很不錯。總體來講，還可以吧？

酒店設施有些舊，但是服務挺不錯的，環境也不錯

酒店還不錯，一家全包島，來過二次度假了。都是和朋友來的。 酒店設施有點老舊，聽説明年開始裝修了。 小費要帶足，這個島酒店員工普遍對白人態度好一些，但是隻有你小費給足。 每天晚上都是自助餐模式，但是每天不同的國家主題的美食，東西很多很豐富。 價格有一次吃高級餐廳的時候，還有出海或者項目三個免費。我們去了當地居民島，建議別去，一點都不好玩也不怎麼樣。 水上飛機都是美金收款，超重也會加錢。酒店洗漱用品等很一般，建議自己帶一些，包括房間的零食，也不是很好吃。島上商店買東西很貴很貴，都是美金價格，潛水裝備可以免費拿，但是不是很好，自己可以國內帶過去。

乾淨整潔自然整潔舒適

餐食很好，自助餐，品種豐富，每天都有變化。人不多，泳池和bar的設施以及服務都很好。浮潛的條件一般，但是海灘很漂亮。

我們經歷了三個活動，花園浮淺，海釣，日落巡航。這次我們對大海有了新的感受，認識到了很多。這是我們見到的最好的地方！接待的Judy和餐廳的June服務非常好！

Exelente atendimento, simpatia do melhor que há, limpeza e higiene de perfeição. Manutencao nas madeiras um pouco relaxada, escadas de acesso estragadas. Comida vulgar, mas sempre muito repetitiva, ao almocos e jantares sempre as mesmas coisas.... Mesmo nos restaurantes a pagar extra, fraca variedade...

Would not call this a 5* resort - the water villas are is desperate need of renovation, the service at the bars are slow and kids club is disappointing as they don't adhere to their agenda. The execursions are fantastic and the spa is so tranquil with well skilled staff. Our room boy was incredible (Azzam) and made my 30th amazing with the decorations he did in the room. Soli in the main restaurant offered incredible service. We didn't see or hear from our rep after the welcome as we had already booked onto excursions and so she then could get no commission. There was a long delay on arrival to get a sea plane to the island and this included dropping down to another resort for others to get off. Then leaving, there was 40 minutes wasted from the hotel saying 330pm for seaplane and the seaplane didn't actually leave until gone 4:10pm. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable with no alternatives available in the room. Overall, the service and resort is not as good as other 5* resorts I have stayed in and would suggest to others considering, to research other islands/ resorts.

Прекрасный отель с замечательным сервисом! Русскоговорящий персонал (отдельное спасибо Беме и Маре) очень душевный прием и оперативное решение всех возникающих вопросов. Потрясающая еда. Мы жили в корпусе без реновации и все равно остались с восторге. В отеле были на день рождения, большое спасибо отелю за создание сказочной атмосферы в номере на праздник. Вокруг отеля много красивых рыб, поэтому есть чем заняться во время отпуска. Очень хочется вернутся в отель еще раз! Дмитрий и Галина.

這是一個非常漂亮的小島，上島服務非常體貼，出海活動豐富，餐廳非常好吃，aaby和June服務非常棒，每天食材都很新鮮，下次還會再來！
