I have been visiting your resort since 2019, and my previous experiences have always been pleasant. However, my recent stay in March 2025 was disappointing, and I feel it's important to share my feedback. The wooden floor had a protruding nail that caused discomfort and injury. The Dish TV was not recharged, and we were unable to use it during our stay. There were numerous mosquitoes in the room, which made it uncomfortable. I called the reception around 8-10 times to address these issues, and each time I was told someone would come to assist, but unfortunately, no one arrived to resolve the problems. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience in the future. I look forward to hearing from you regarding these concerns.

Worst resort i have stayed in so far. Absolutely hopeless service, you have to wait for minimum 2 hours to get even a basic thing like a kettle, which in the first place should already be in the room . This was a total waste of my money and the kind of crowd it entertains is pathetic and have no civic sense, as you can see from the pictures i have posted. Discover resorts only wants to pull in big crowds and make money but offers no service to accommodate such big crowds. They offer hi- tea but make the guests stand in queues for 30 mins for the food, because everything is over.To top it all the rooms are in a sorry state, where the TV does not work or support netflix, the AC does not work in the rooms and the rooms are full of mosquitoes. We could barely sleep at night, because we got bit by atleast 100 mosquitoes. Even a basic mosquito repellent like good knight was not provided in the rooms, after asking for it multiple times, they decided to wake us up in the middle of the night at 11 30 pm and give us a repellant which did not even work. The worst part is the crowd who need to learn basics of staying in a society, further there is no hotel staff to discipline them too . My take for anyone who wants to stay here is to STAY AWAY From DISCOVER RESORTS

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was highly disappointing. Upon checking into our room, we discovered bed bugs. I immediately reported the issue to the reception, where we were met with an unprofessional and argumentative response from a staff member named Miss Richal. When we requested to speak with the manager, Mr. Kamran, his attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive. His exact words were, "Stay if you want, otherwise check out. No refund will be provided." This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the food quality was —just average at best. I would strongly advise guests to thoroughly check their meals before eating, as we were concerned about hygiene and the possibility of insects in the food. However, I must mention that the food service staff were polite and helpful. I am sharing this review because I was deeply upset by the experience, and I believe future guests deserve to be aware of these issues before booking. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Overall experience was superb Staff were very considerate and co-operative However, Sleeping beds could have been better, Blankets were also not comfortable Timings of various activities clashes with each other We upgraded our room, but nobody from the reception suggested to opt for all meals package due to which we paid the same price for a room with only breakfast where for the same price we could have had all the meals inclusive. Consequently, we paid extra for other meals.. So please enquire at the reception for more value for your money..

It was full of fun enjoyed every moment of the day good food and hospitality very spacious variety of food in buffet good taste nice view keep up the good work would suggest if you could add more entertainment for children like zip line etc

The rooms were clean and good,only complaint is there was no tissue paper in the washroom. Ambience is great. Activities were good. However the promised foam party did not happen but other activities were conducted as scheduled. Food: Lunch was great, dinner was okayish. Staff was polite.
