Service is good but not the hotel room. Low ceiling n toilet average for cleanliness.

Note, their online booking price is often fake. I arrived with a 7 day booking only to be scammed and told that it was a "mistake" and that they forgot to contact me. They then attempted to charge me $53 per night (laughable) which was eventually reduced to approximately $17 per night (which was still more than what most people pay). I was then given a room filled with cockroaches that had a burst pipe, so the room was flooding every few hours. After complaining multiple times I moved to another room for the remaining 5 days and thereafter everything was ok. The breakfast was decent and all the staff except that one super rude receptionist were nice. The WiFi, however, worked only 15% of the time, so I had to use my mobile data for the duration of my 7 day stay. Without that one receptionist and working WiFi it would be a good hotel, but for now I wouldn't recommend it. Lying to customers with fake online prices is about as low as it gets.

Nothing i like it there. Terrible service. Rooms and toilet are dirty

Stayed at this hotel for about 12 days. It’s a simple hotel, don’t expect luxury but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I ended up getting sick and they helped with me with everything I needed. My only complaint was the lack of a window in my room. Wifi worked great throughout and I was able to make video calls to family and friends. The location was perfect.
