Hotel Heaven Inn arvostelua

なかなか行く機会がないバングラデシュに行ってきた。空港からタクシーで20分(ダッカの交通渋滞が酷く時間かかる)ぐらいの近く、周りには飲食店と公園があった。フロントのスタッフは親切で声を掛けると優しく教えてくれた。部屋は不備がありシャワー時お湯が出ない、エアコンが壊れており、ルームチェンジをしたがその部屋からは、洗面台、ベッドに髪の毛があり不快だった。まだ夜はハエもあった。

Отель для не привередливых путешественников, привыкших сравнивать делюксы в разных отелях. Отлично подойдёт чтобы остановиться на ночь не далеко от аэропорта. Находится в тихом районе, но при этом в шаговой доступности оживлённых мест, где можно найти пожалуй всё, от уличной макашницы до обмена валюты, ресторанов и торговых центров. Кондиционер работал, вентилятор крутился, вода бежала... что ещё надо чтобы отдохнуть перед вылетом. Отдельное слово надо сказать об обслуживающем персонале. Парни готовы помочь всему, что ни спросишь. Огромное спасибо Мd. Rubel за оказанное содействие в решении вопроса с билетом, и М Fazlur Rahman просто за то, что душевный человек.

Customer service good enough, location good but late in checkin. Room amenities wasn't satisfactory, mattress wasn't comfortable and bed sheet dark, odour smell and mosquito disturbing.

Bad experience Was not allowed to check in

I used three different rooms at this hotel over the course of a week, and each with a wide variety of qualities. Some are very small while another had 3 distinct bedrooms. The wifi is pretty reliable for the area, however each floor has two routers so it's a little bit of work to find the one that is working best at the moment depending on where you're standing. Breakfast was also wide ranging and deteriorated throughout the stay....the first morning was an option between a full English breakfast or a local breakfast. The second and third mornings were a boiled egg and plain (untoasted) white bread. Primary concern of this hotel is the mosquito infiltration. Forever will this hotel be known as the "The mosquito hotel" amongst my friends, so please bring protection. None of my rooms had nets. The location is good, as it's very close to the north side of the airport. There are also a lot of walkable restaurants nearby.

The room advertised is the room that I initially paid for, however the manager who was kind enough to be waiting for me at the arrivals gate, tried to slip me a smaller room on the fly that was infested with cockroaches the size of my palm crawling all over the walls! I was sick to my stomach. Then he hurried and took me to an upper level floor, to the room that was advertised and claimed it was bigger...completely forgetting it was the room I had originally paid for....at that point I should have left but didn't. I regret that I stayed two more nights before cutting my 8-day stay short because of the boxspring that I couldn't sleep on, all the food that seemed carry a strange odor that made me queasy and the loud, disturbing noises through the night...

Friendly and courteous staff.

The stuff members starting from the general manager, the managers, the receptionists, the chefs, and the room service individuals were friendly, respectful, extremely helpful and accommodating. My 16-17 nights spent in this hotel went fantastic.
