"On a business trip to Dezhou, the Atour Hotel I chose this time truly exceeded my expectations. I absolutely have to give it five stars! I booked the room through Ctrip. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they even thoughtfully recommended local eateries. My impression of the hotel instantly went up! The first thing I noticed upon entering the room was how quiet it was; I later learned the rooms were soundproofed. I slept soundly through the night in Dezhou and woke up feeling completely refreshed. The air conditioning was also very smart, controllable via Xiao Du voice commands. It adjusted the temperature quickly without any noise and didn't make the air dry at night, allowing for a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom featured a thoughtful dry-wet separation design. Water drained smoothly without any pooling, the water pressure was stable, and the temperature could be adjusted to be as hot or as warm as I liked. The toiletries had a fresh scent and their quality was outstanding. Breakfast offered an incredibly rich variety, featuring Dezhou's special lamb intestines, which were fresh, fragrant, and warming. There were also Western options like bread and fried eggs, various fruits, and hot porridge – a perfect blend of Chinese and Western cuisine. Every morning, I left breakfast feeling completely satisfied. One night, I worked late into the evening and was wondering what to eat. Then I remembered the hotel offered 'Shenye Zhoudao' (late-night porridge service). A bowl of hot porridge instantly melted away my fatigue. This thoughtful service truly warmed my heart. Check-out was also smooth, and getting the invoice was hassle-free. The electronic invoice was sent directly to my email, saving me a lot of time. My stay at Atour Dezhou this time was absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in the area!"

"My stay was terrible and I was extremely disappointed! The room was new, but the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and there was a persistent, low-frequency buzzing noise that kept me up all night. I contacted the front desk, and they were quite polite, saying they would send someone to check. When they arrived, they said they couldn't hear it, and after I changed rooms, they blamed me for sitting on the bed and listening. They completely ignored the problem, showed no respect for guests, and were dismissive and shirking responsibility. I paid to stay in a hotel to rest, but I was tortured by the combination of an unpleasant odor, noise, and terrible service. I didn't sleep a wink all night and am completely exhausted. This kind of service and management doesn't deserve to be called a chain hotel. I strongly advise against staying here; avoid it!"

"This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was absolutely blown away – it completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I entered, I felt the meticulous attention to detail. The smart home system was incredibly convenient, allowing for easy control of the lights and curtains, making for a fantastic experience. The room was exceptionally well-equipped with USB ports, a makeup mirror, a laundry basket, and even conditioner – they thoughtfully provided small touches. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, with just the right firmness; I didn't want to get up and slept soundly. The hairdryer was powerful and easy to use, the smart toilet was clean and luxurious, and the bath towels and hand towels were thick, soft, and of high quality – very comfortable and reassuring to use. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and patient, making me feel very welcome. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the taste was fantastic – I was very satisfied. The overall environment was clean and tidy, the facilities were new, and the experience was excellent. Both the hardware and service were on par with Atour Hotel. My first stay was a complete success; it's incredibly cost-effective, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend it!"
