As a traveler from faraway Brazil, when I first arrived in China, I fell into a physical predicament due to not getting acclimated to the local conditions. Severe vomiting and diarrhea left me completely drained of strength. In my flurry, my clothes and the bedspread were soiled as well. When I was at my most helpless, the young man at the front desk of Atour Hotel in Dezhou extended a helping hand. He not only accompanied me to the hospital attentively, helping me consult the doctor and get the medicine, but also silently took care of everything while I was seeking medical treatment. When I returned to the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my dirty clothes had been washed and dried, and the bed sheets and covers had been replaced with clean and tidy new ones. All the staff members of the hotel have always provided warm and thoughtful service, showing care and offering help in subtle ways. This warmth that transcends national boundaries made me feel as comfortable and at ease as if I were at home in a foreign land. I sincerely thank every staff member of Atour Hotel and give a thumbs-up for their attentive and professional service!

一次不錯的入住體驗。房間很乾凈，設施齊全，環境也不錯。床品整潔舒適，浴室很乾凈。wifi速度很快，隔音效果也很好。

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！前台小姑娘入住時會主動奉茶，推開房門的瞬間，整潔明亮的空間與柔軟蓬鬆的床鋪讓人瞬間卸下旅途疲憊，每晚都能伴着靜謐酣然入夢。從入住到離店，工作人員始終保持着如沐春風般的熱情，不僅耐心解答各種疑問，還主動分享了許多私藏的旅遊攻略，讓行程規劃輕鬆又有趣味，清晨的自助早餐更是驚喜滿滿，中西式餐點琳琅滿目，精緻擺盤搭配地道風味，味蕾得到了全方位滿足。每一處細節都彰顯着用心，這樣兼具品質與温度的酒店，絕對值得推薦給每一位出行的朋友！下次來這座城市，一定還會選擇這裏！
