Emerald Grande Condominiums at HarborWalk Village

This place is an absolute disgrace to nature and humanity. They quite literally paved over paradise to put up a parking lot. The staff were mostly rude, unhelpful and deceptive. I was lied to or given false information many times. The only helpful people were the housekeeping staff I ran into in the elevator. Forget going to the front desk, they were absolutely awful and rude. This place is owned by developers from Africa who could care less what happens to this planet. It’s a waste of space and a waste of jobs. I’d love to see the people here doing something way better with their lives instead of wasting their time stealing peoples money for awful quality and a terrible time. I’ll never come back and it has ruined Destin for me in its entirety. I was told Destin was a beautiful place and this Disney land type “village” has absolutely turned me away from it. Also, why do the lights need to be on 24/7? Do you have any sense of what a waste of energy this is? The harbor walk is completely empty, practically a ghost town and every single light is on, the music is on full blast and the tv screen is playing music videos. It’s almost midnight with no one out here. I hope the staff members of this place see this review and take a good hard look at them selves in the mirror and truly ask “what am I doing with my life?” Is this the legacy you want to leave behind? Go do something meaningful, grow some food, plant a garden, give back and do something kind. I hope more people start waking up to what is happening around them.

Great hotel. Very nice stay, we highly recommend it.

The room is very nice. Love the sunken tub. The amenities are great. Full kitchen, nice living area and very roomy. The view is beautiful. Very relaxing and on the GV floor, every thing is convenient, and close to the pool and Hot Tub and Boardwalk.
