We initially had issues with the air conditioning in our room, and while the staff was helpful in moving us to another room, we encountered a new problem with a leaking aircon during the night. We chose not to switch rooms again, so we ended up tolerating the water dripping sound all night. While the staff and service were generally fine, we were disappointed with the condition of the rooms. Overall, the experience didn’t meet our expectations considering the price

Great Stay.. Had a wonderful experience…when my room’s shower had an issue around 10pm the staff quickly arranged a room change without any hassle…Excellent service and prompt response. Thank you.

酒店自然環境沒的説，有私人沙灘，園區設定了很多孩子玩的地方包括小童泳池，一定要贊一個。服務稍欠缺，我們的房門鎖壞了2次，一次出不去一次進不來，每次維修都等了40分鐘以上才有人處理。最後給我們換到一樓院景房，潮濕的黴味和汗味比較重。早餐一般，人非常多。

Nice hotel to stay without leaving the resort. Got restaurant, cafes, pool bar, game room, swimming pool with slides and beach activities.

Rooms were spacious and big. Toilets are spacious too. Breakfast was ok, not much choices.

Schönes Hotel mit schönem Pool und direktem Strandzugang. Die Zimmer sind groß und ordentlich ausgestattet. Lediglich der Frühstücksraum war am Morgen etwas überfüllt. Das Frühstück war aber gut, abwechslungsreich und lecker.

This is our second visit as a family to Sand and Sandals. The resort is nice and quiet, with a peaceful beach. The eateries are also quiet and peaceful - they have Western, local, Japanese, and Chinese food. There is also a small cafe. The service staff and reception are friendly and helpful. The room is big with a large shower and comfy beds, and soap, shampoo aee provided. The hotel breakfast buffet spread is large with a good selection of food, and it is constantly replenished. Overall, an excellent place if you want a quiet getaway, to chill and laze around without crowds. Transfer to and from the ferry terminal was also smooth. We would return again for a relaxing trip.

The resort was well maintained and beautiful! the hotel staffs were all friendly and welcoming. special thanks to Mira from the front office team. she was really accommodating and helpful when i asked for a room change because my room was really at the end and the view wasn’t what I booked for. I was travelling with young children and the view was quite depressing with a view of the carpark. after a few call exchanges, she provided us with a room change that was so much more beautiful and comfortable. we were all so thankful and appreciative for the help of Mira and probably her whole team. it made our stay so special. we will definitely come back again for our next trip to Desaru. breakfast was great, seriously our experience in this resort was one of the best in Desaru so far!
