Personeller güler yüzlü, ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Odalar geniş ve çok temiz, yerden ısıtmalar mevcut. Odalardaki konsept çok güzel. Kahvaltı muhteşemdi, serpme kahvaltı şeklinde hizmet vermektedirler. Kesinlikle öneriyorum

The property was excellent. The room was fantastic very clean the mattress. Excellent in the bathroom with the bathtub was out of this world. The service staff took care of everything we needed.
We need our balloon tour booked and we got the best deal from the hotel organized pick up transfer Bloom ride and everything for an excellent price.

I would not look anywhere else I would just book with them we research the prices.
We had them also, Us a private tour which guide was great. The car was awesome and we saw everything we wanted to see.
We had them also organized our transfer from the hotel to the airport and that went smooth as well.
Usually, I do not write reviews, But because they went above and beyond and did not even charge us for soda or coffee, I wrote a review.
Oh, I forgot the breakfast which was included and one day we had breakfast from 930 till 11 and we were not chased out of the breakfast area and the breakfast was excellent. Whatever we needed to be refilled they refilled for us without any charge or complain.
I Highly recommend this hotel to anybody going to Capadocia!!!

12 kişi oteli kapattık ve nefis bir hafta sonu deneyimi yaşadık. Öncelikle odalar tertemiz. Büyük odalar özellikle çok konforlu. Elbette hamam ve jakuzinin tadını çıkardık. Kahvaltı özenli hazırlanmış. Bir akşam yemeğini de bizim için organize ettiler ve çok eğlendik. Güler yüzlü ve son derece yardımcı olan çalışanlara ve otelin sahibi Abdullah Ata Bey’e çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gitmek isteyeceğimize eminim.

Mükemmel tesis, daha da mükemmel hizmet
İşletmenin sahibi ve tüm çalışanları son derece nazik ve misafirperverdiler. Özellikle resepsiyonda bulunan çalışanların özverisi için teşekkür ederim. İşletmemin çatısındaki enstantaneler ayrıca güzeldi, hersey için teşekkür ederiz.

En super opplevelse
Selve rommet, som var hugget ut i fjellet, var i seg selv en stor opplevelse. Fantastisk atmosfære og behagelig temperatur uten behov for airco. Men best av alt var det fantastiske proaktive servicenivået fra en særdeles vennlig og hyggelig betjening. Sett med norske øyne var også prisnivået svært hyggelig.

Şimdiye kadar yaşadığım en güzel tatil denyimiydi otelin konforu resepsiyonun ilgisi yardimseverligi özellike Abdullah beyin yardimsever yaklaşımı beni çok etkiledi kesinlikle Kapadokya lafı geçince herkese tavsiye edenilecegim bir deneyim oldu

We stayed 3 nights at this wonderful little hotel. It has everything you could hope for. It is close to the town centre, has a great viewing area and a very nice breakfast. What impressed me more than anything was the genuine, friendly and helpful staff, particularly Sam at the front desk. Anything we asked for he provided with a smile even down to the TV which he changed for us. We didn’t ask him to, we just asked if he could show us if we could get Netflix on it and it turned out we couldn’t so he changed the TV for us. We asked for a bit of milk the first night and said we would then buy some and he said no, no just ask me anytime. Honestly, the nicest. The room we chose was also very fun and quirky and had a big dragon as the bed head and you could change the colour lighting. I would definitely recommend this place.
