WOW! What an amazing place.. WOW! We had one night in the junior suite. I booked this with my Tesco Club card vouchers. The first time I’ve used them for a hotel stay & what a place to stay for our first time!!! It was the perfect half way stop home after a busy long Halloween day in Alton Towers. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after hours of walking and waiting for rides. I cannot rate this place high enough. Everything from the decor to the room service, it is all so well thought & of high standard. Immaculate in cleanliness. The meal from the pub delivered to your door was the icing on the cake for us as we were far too exhausted to start getting ready to go out again. The quality of food was utterly beautiful & the steak was to a standard I’ve not had in some 5* restaurants. Credit to the chef it was exceptional!! Staff were so friendly & welcoming. The outside area around the hot tub was very private & beautiful. The bed was soooooo comfortable! My husband is 6ft 4inch we often find staying away we rarely find a bed that’s both comfortable & big enough…this was both! Such a wonderful stay, already recommended to family & friends. We will certainly be back! Thank you again

The Stables was an absolute little gem of a place. 14 of us went for the night following a hike and took the whole place over which was fab as a couple of the rooms had spa access with sauna and jacuzzi and we had it all to ourselves, perfect to enjoy a glass of fizz in after a long walk with the girls whilst the boys enjoyed their hot tubs on the balcony. A short stroll to the town where we had a nice dinner at one the local restaurants then on to one of the bars. Great fun and a very nice breakfast in the hotels sister pub the bowling green. The rooms are stunning modern and contemporary the bed is so comfortable. We will definitely be back.

The staff were friendly and helpful with ideas what to do in the area. The room was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub. Would recommend stay.

Really nice place, clean modern rooms, enjoyed my 2 night stay, food in the pub attached was superb, the staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. Forgot to collect my VAT Invoice for the room and left my evening meal invoice in the room, I rang the hotel and within a few short hours they had emailed both receipts, you don't get that kind of service everywhere, great place Great Food Great service, will definitely stay again.
