房間很乾凈，設施全新，科勒的，馬桶坐墊可以加熱，地暖給力，洗澡都不冷，而且完全可以實現在房間裏看日照金山。全晚上都有彌散氧氣供氧！酒店有電梯，5樓有觀景平台！離泊度很近，樓下就是十三塔。謝謝央宗小妹妹和保潔阿姨，撿到了我們的耳機！

房間乾淨整潔，地暖很暖和。房間裏就可以看到雪山，在5樓（樓頂）陽台上看日照金山視角非常好，比觀景台的視角都好。

晚上八點多到的酒店，下午提前電話聯繫酒店説晚上可以做飯，餐廳等我們，並且免費升級了一間房。到了酒店門口還有服務員出來接，在一片祥和愉快的氛圍中，很快就辦理了入住手續。晚餐可以送到房間，並且還送了一杯熱牛奶，真切感受到了賓客如歸。
設施：酒店景觀房可以看到雪山全景。酒店頂層是餐廳和露台，也可以觀景。
衞生：乾淨
服務：熱情
環境：非常棒

服務很好，免費接送，獻上哈達，特別感動央宗小妹妹行李特別重，搶着幫揹着照相器材包，房間很棒，樓下就是霧濃頂觀景台，在床上躺着就能看見梅里雪山，乾淨整潔，服務特別好，我有高原反應了，馬上送來葯，每天都有下午茶，晚安牛奶

服務：入住很方便，我們坐大巴，酒店也安排了給我們接車，還有入住歡迎哈達，滿滿儀式感。
環境：和觀景台同視角，頂樓可以看到完整的梅里雪山

酒店新裝修的，房間設施還不錯，雪山腳下，温度真的很低，加熱坐便器真心太有必要了，地暖也很舒適，温暖的房間裏能夠直接看到梅里十三峯，真是太幸福了，彌散氧氣設備緩解了高反的症狀，夜間也能睡個舒服的好覺～愉快梅里雪山之旅！
