The Meadows Resort and Spa arvostelua

The resort is not maintained at all. It is a complete disappointment. The rooms are completely worn down. Washrooms are in an even worse condition with stains everywhere and broken WCs. The breakfast was slightly better as our expectation was zero. The tariff on ********** was 30% higher than what was available directly at the hotel, so that only added insult to injury.

Poor maintenance & downgraded hotel Hotel Staff are good and want to help in case of difficulty. But the resort is totally in a bad shape with no internal street lightings , poor maintenance, absolutely bad cleanliness etc . During my stay , there was a rat scare in the room, the staff came to help out , but the rat could not be located . All this is due to poor maintenance. The rooms were dusty upon arrival . Food quality is just average . I ordered some Thai curry for dinner , but the curry was no where near actual Thai curry . I think they don’t have enough staff to manage and the owners are not bothered about the proper upkeep of the resort. Totally a bad experience. The rooms are very old model and not updated as per current needs .

Lemon tree hotel is really nice place to enjoy enjoy n dining .. Nice hotel located in heart of the city n near to business centre ... It was really nice to visited at hotel staff was very friendly n supportive they always ready to help in any corner ..I would like to mention some staff name we made our visit memorable Samadhan ,Hari,kakaji ,faiz Thanks you guys

Rotten, a lizard in room, 100s of mosquitos in room, property very run down with mould in bath room, sheets not washed, we found somebody pile of hair in bed. Stinks and smells of mould. We checked out and moved to another hotel in 10 minutes. Loud noise outside, like a boom box on head.

It’s a huge place. Well maintained rooms. Bath fittings and other furniture is old but in working condition. Peaceful place. Some rooms have bath tubs but it difficult to use due to bathroom size and old fittings. Staff are supportive. We did not face any issues while we stayed. It was a comfortable stay

Lovely respite from the hustle and bustle of Aurangabad. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The staff was accommodating. The grounds and gardens were beautiful. It was nice to stroll from the room to breakfast every day.

We had the worst experience of staying at a so called resort. The pictures shown on the website are nowhere close to reality. The rooms are not well maintained and the grounds also have dirt and leaves around. We have uploaded some pictures of our room for examples. The reception staff was unprofessional and unaccommodating. I had to tell the Receptionist lady to lower her voice and tone while talking to me. They do not have any accommodation for driver and upon asking the receptionist argues and lies that it is mentioned on their website and moreover on all travel web sites as well!! I showed her there is nothing on their web site then she goes on to claim that in entire Aurangabad area all hotels do not to provide Driver accommodation which is another lie. The attitude seems to stem from the top. When we requested to speak to the Owner who was on the phone with the receptionist and was on the property, she refused to talk on the phone with us. The Wi-Fi internet also did not work in our room both on my laptop and on multiple phones. We spent the whole afternoon and evening trying to troubleshoot, but it did not work. They have different routers on the property and I suggested to swap the routers as an experiment to troubleshoot where the problem might be because the internet was working in another area of the property on another router. But the Owner gave instructions to the staff not to do that nor contact the Service Provider to resolve the problem. We had made the reservation for 3 nights but after running into these issues we canceled the remaining two nights. Even upon checkout they were so cheap - we had a payment of Rs. 672 and I gave them Rs. 700. The receptionist did not have exact change of Rs. 28 so instead of rounding it off to Rs. 30 as a courtesy, he asked us to round the charges up to Rs. 675 .

The resort is at a very accessible location. It is on the highway towards Ellora caves. The entrance is nice with lots of greenery. Kudos to management for maintaining it properly. They have a big resort, in house restaurant and classic pool with fabulous spacious rooms and villas. Any one will love the place if s/he can connect with nature. We visited the place this month with our pet child who just loved to be there. Food is also good ***** with all other facilities. The places for must visit in Aurangabad are very near and same for Ellora caves. We are delighted to be there, just the price is on upper side.

It may be good place when it started. Today, it becomes old property which is not maintained at all. No fan in room. The AC is age old makes lot of noise, yet you need to run it because there is no fan in room. Doors are wear out, can’t close bathroom doors. Breakfast is ale carte, you need to wait a lot for each item to arrive.

I visited Aurangabad in May 22(12th to 16th), did my resort booking on line reading the reviews and looking at the phots put the site. The first actual look of resort once you reach on site was completely shocking the reception desk was kind of desert look, small table fan put over there to keep the place cool at 40d c temperature. Some facts, it is huge property (12acer) having ＞ 45 villas, it is more than 25 year old property but at the same time the largest resort in the city (or may as big as ITC hotel), the entire property need immediate overhaul to really call it a resort of 3 or 4 star. The rooms are quite spacious although designed in very old style, bath room fittings and walls are in horrible conditions, you need good muscle strength to turn on the taps, quite unpleasant experience. There is big swimming pool, nice gym and SPA center, though the water in pool does not look pretty clean but guests were using it. Lot of trees are there, huge space for lawns but not maintained at all. My overall experience was quite good mainly due to (1) Pleasant attitude of the staff, they are so much supporting and helpful, really appreciate their behavior (mainly the manager Bhagya and restaurant staff Ashwani), it touched you so much that you forget every bad thing of the resort (b) the meals is so delicious and very large variety, the service is also very prompt. This could be one of the best resort if get the required overhaul immediately, I request the owner should pay the attention to toward this

We came to Aurangabad with sight seeing as a focus. Overall Experience in Meadows was good. Meadows delivers to the pictures shown online. They have good landscaping and would say quite a lot. We as a family enjoy spaces so we always avoid hotels in general as rooms are neck to neck, that ways Meadows was a pleasant welcome. The rooms here are neatly spaced. We took superior rooms and there are large lawns next to it and also there are sit outs. I think deluxe rooms, which cost less than superior rooms also looked good. Amenities- Good swimming pool, nice open restaurant right next to the pool. If you like to stay in resorts away from the city buzz, this is the place to be. Overall Pros- Nice location, big resort, lot of open spaces, good landscaping, good pool, there is a separate child pool. Rooms are decently big in size. Cons- Food is not that great. We had to order food from Zomato.

Contrary to the photos, the imagery, claims and advertisements, this hotel is very very poor in standards. I was there very recently, from 4th Mar night to 7th morning. I am sorry to say that there is nothing nothing positive I could pick contrary to the kind of person I am. 4th night dinner - it was nothing short of atrocious and outrageously priced. There was no sense of balance in spices used in cooking. Dinner for four - just two dishes and few rotis was Rs. 2500. 5th morning breakfast - the glasses for drinking water were stinking like gutter water. Forks and spoons were dirty. Omlette was as if it was dipped in oil - dark yellow in colour. Upma was like a paste and idlis were paste of rice that had hardened. Dining table was dirty and not even covered with table clothes and they had to be repeatedly requested to do so. Tea was ok. Breakfast was Rs. 450 per person. Surroundings - can be made to look beautiful but it was unclean and unkempt - nobody cared to use a broomstick. Rooms - good size but unclean - dead insects and ants on the floor. Bathroom was unclean and stained, taps and showers were stained - no effort made to clean them. Towels - washed ages back. White towels became yellowish. Toilet - somebody needed to pour some Harpic. It was not done. Swimming pool - water was dirty - claim in the ads showed resort with a pool that got me to book the rooms. When I asked why was the pool not clean, the receptionist cum cashier said pool is complimentary may or may not provide. So what if it was in the picture. Overall service is very very poor. Staff seems untrained and chef .... god only knows. Overall experience was pathetic to say the least. Don't get swayed by the pictures or planted reviews because they are often deceptive and steeped in Iies. Room rate - Rs. 3000+ per night + breakfast not included - though it was mentioned otherwise in the ad. My rating - 1/10 - anything more - I would be lying. Not recommended. It's a waste of money. A guest will be seriously disappointed and will feel cheated.
