I booked executive room, but room wasn't ready. It was late i was forced to shift in smaller room, breakfast minimum option a loo paratha, ch-ole bature, bread omlette n puri sabzi. Adding to your woes. U can opt any one. That won't be sufficient at all. If you want extra portion u will be charged for breakfast. I request like warm water while having breakfast i was made to wait 15-20 min, breakfast too was served after 15-20 min of wait. Horrible hotel don't go for it.

Safe 4 family. About 2 km from Baba Mandir. Room service worst. Not professional staff. Room clean and everything in room fitting like tv and ac work properly. Geyser and tea maker also good working. If u want stay near and clean hotel Go this hotel.

Cushions at the hotel room were terribly dusty, they did not even change the coushion covers. No hand towel or face towel were even provided

The property location is good and you need to say where is v mart to reach this hotel. Food was average and they took a lot of time to complete the order. They charged me for the complementary water too. Nothing is on time with this property.

When i asked for tea, they served me cold tree. And i didn't like that there was no response by the restaurant. They were not helpful.

Location & connectivity: 4. 5. Located in the busy vip chowk and auto are readily available rooms : 4. 5 (executive room. Hotel has power backup which is a huge relief given the power situation hygiene : 4 - rooms/toilets/bedsheets were clean. Towels were washed however had some stains (sindoor) restaurant: 3. 5 - food was tasty and portions were quite large and they helped customize (had a req for w/o. Onion and garlic) however found the preparation to be quite spicy and oily. Service: 4 - staff is helpful but needs to be nudged.

The rooms are very generously sized . Ours had a separate seating area and the bathroom was very spacious The rooms are furnished with antique furniture which will not suit all travellers as it makes the rooms dark. There are lots of steps and staircases and I don’t think the lift would cover all areas. The setting is lovely and the outside terraces and gardens are spacious and give excellent views over the town and lakes. Food was good and there is a reasonably priced bar on site There are also a couple of gift shops selling decent quality items worth a look The pool is a lovely area to relax

We stayed in executive rooms. Rooms are clean and spacious. Linens were clean. Food quality is good and reasonably priced. Room services found prompt and courteous. Recommend hotel deoghar palace to others.
