I stayed Manchester Denton premier inn as I was going visiting family being a single loan female I was a bit worried about staying in the hotel alone but staff were really great they made sure I was upstairs out the way and every time then seen me coming in and out as I smoked they asked if everything was ok and was I comfortable rooms were very clean definitely stay here again even being on my own

After being put up in the Premier Inn Denton through a home insurance claim, I was extremely satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and how well they made me feel at ease and at home in what would have normally been a stressful situation. The food at the brewers fayre, whilst affordable, was always very tasty and the staff there too were extremely helpful and again, made me and the wife feel at home. Thank you to all the team

Came here for valentines night me and my husband haveing a cheeky night away had food and wine in restaurant then took a bottle back to room to relax beds are comfortable room was clean couldn't fault the hotel staff on reception and housekeeping always say hi everything ok every time we went for a smoke would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I stopped here nearly every week , the hotel itself is ok, no luxuries, but a fantastic mattress that makes me look forward for my stay every time. But what it makes this place amazing is the staff, all of them, they know me and always make me feel welcome. Was so happy to see that Rosa is back.

A great stay and fantastic staff! Mia went above and beyoned for us, really apreciate it and will defo book again! Had a great nights sleep, the rooms were very clean. And brekfast was tasty and good service. By far the best experince i have had at a Premier Inn. Thanks again Mia!

Very clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and professional service from all the staff members. Great food in the restaurant. Parking was a cinch as there are loads of spaces available. We also took full advantage of being able to book a taxi using the direct phone in reception.

Stayed Christmas day overnight. Usual reliable comfortable bed quiet room and good night's sleep. Staff excellent, despite it being Christmas, all good humoured and helpful in the hotel and at the Brewers F pub. Lady on reception doing a double shift was great, friendly and helpful. Thank you for making it easy for us to see our family while not seeing your own.

Absolutely shocking arrived today 7/12/24 at 14:55 for a 15:00 check in, was told my room wasn’t ready and would be an hour, after one hour I went back to reception and was told it was now ready, on going to the room I found a dirty toilet, pillow cases on the floor no tea or coffee and an over powering stench of body odour, after complaining I was told I would have to wait another 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned properly, worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot… never ever again for me.
