Bluegreen owners who have stayed here several times, one of our favorite places. Positives: this property is right on the beach. Easy to drive to, and super friendly staff. Rooms adequate with updated appliances. Negatives: this visit the wifi was bad. I was told "they are getting new receivers". The sliding glass and screen door to our porch (with a gorgeous ocean view) we're not in good working order and were difficult, sometimes impossible to open/close. Lastly, several housekeeping items: the coffee pot had not been cleaned, and it looked to me like the bathtub had not been thoroughly cleaned. The bath toiletry dispensers attached to the wall had not been filled. We were disappointed this time, hope our maintenance fees will be applied to these items.

They should advertise accurately in that these are time share rentals. Unit itself was not clean and had a strange smell. Also, screen sliding door didn't work, nor did the AC. The air-conditioning was not able to push beyond 75 degrees which made it rather uncomfortable to sleep or spend any significant time in the unit.

This is a very clean and nice resort and amazing view to the ocean, great pools (incl. indoor pool), we had a 1 bedroom and it was sufficient; our friends had a 2 bedroom and it was wonderful and spacious. Locations is really good and many restaurants close by

We had a great visit at Seaside, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The resort is updated, and the grounds are spectacular, the indoor pool and hot tub were available during our visit and were very nice. We were visiting during the spring season, so some seasonal places were closed, but the resort had a list of all places that were open! The Red Cottage was fabulous for breakfast. We would love to visit again during warmer weather to be able to use the outdoor pool.

Hadn't stayed here since 2012. Very nice resort located with a great ocean view. They offer both an indoor and outdoor pool along with a hot tub. No fitness room and units don't have stoves or ovens, but they have a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and all the usual kitchenware. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms unit which was spacious and clean. A touch of wear and tear, but overall, it was still nice and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay with the exception of our extremely noisy neighbor above us in room 2210. They were probably the worst neighbors we've ever experienced in our 20-year staying with BG resorts. It's so bad we're actually thinking about cutting our stay short. We only slept from about 12 am. to 5 am. on Friday. No better so far on Saturday, and resort can't do anything to help. Had to reduce our rating because of this experience.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Location was very central to many highlights of Cape Cod. Being right on the beach and able to catch a gorgeous sunrise was amazing. We are a family of 5 and space wasn’t conducive - with couch pulled out, very little seating, minimal cooking facilities and dining table was high top with only 4 chairs. Kids loved pool/hot tub but they were in need of maintenance (scum on pool tiles and staining in hot tub).

Great Getaway
