遇到過的最垃圾的酒店。A worst hotel we have met. This hotel very poor

I stayed at this hotel around the 12th of October 2022, it was a stopover hotel on my driving trip to Fethiye, very good service, very good location, plenty of parking, breakfast was very good, the man at the front desk and the butler were very gentlemanly. As I checked in late, I was given an upgraded room and it was one of the most satisfying hotels of the trip and good value for money. 我大概是2022年10月12号入住的这家酒店，是我自驾旅行去费特希耶中途的停留酒店，非常好的服务，非常好的位置，有很多停车位，早餐也很不错，前台男士还有管家都非常绅士。由于我入住得比较晚，还给我升级的房型，第二天退房前还仔细帮我检查了房间有没有落下的东西，是此次旅途中最满意的酒店之一，性价比也很高。

I and my fiancé were in Denizli for our engagement party with our family member. Me and my partner chose this hotel. But it was total disaster. They didn’t accept my fiancé to the hotel because of we have different surname. we stayed at different hotels because of their ***** manager. Thanks to trip.com they handle this very well and at least they cancelled my other days. I don’t recommend this hotel in anyway. This kind of ideology shouldn’t have a hotel business.

Calisanlar müşteri memnuniyeti saglamaya calisiyorlar Odalarda namaz kilmayi ogrenmek için kitaplar var . Rezervasyon yaparken degerlendirin. Mutfak gelismis degil, secenek cok yok. Ancak personel iyi, kibar. Resepsiyon yardimci, odalar temiz ancak duvarlar Ince gurultu odalar arasinda çok rahat gecirgen. Yandaki oda tv acinca sizde dinliyorsunuz

Quiet good hotel, 4 star rated, deserve it

The Grand Intimat is a nice hotel. The suite was a good size for 4 people. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of foods. The staff was very accommodating.

Very good We stayed there Tongo visit the travertines in pamukkale. It was a perfect option with our babies, the suite was very nice and big and the service was very good.

Last minute reservations were made at the hotel. It was our first time to this area as tourists. We were driving to Pamakule and got the incorrect impression from ******* that the hotel is minutes from Pamakule and great choice for tourists. Unfortunately, it is not and next day it took us around 45 minutes to get to Pamakule. Pros: business hotel with a comfortable and great room, breakfast, customer service and comfortable accommodations. Room was well equipped and comes with in room coffee, safe, good size and clean bathroom along with two bottles of water. I had best sleep in that bed. Great customer service from the person who takes care of guests upon arrival and takes you to your room but average from reception. Free covered parking. Cons: hotel does not have a restaurant and we were too tired to venture out although it was only 7 or 8 pm, the area looked deserted. There was a lot of traffic but t was hard to get to the hotel using google directions. Luckily we had some snacks to munch so we survived. Hotel is in a commercial looking area so was quite dark outside and it was raining so we couldn’t find places to eat. It is far from the tourist attractions and hotel staff had no tours, brochures or information to help us next day as they deal with business people per them. Room was very hot so we can only sleep with heating off and windows open with my handy travel fan. I do not recommend for fun but great if you have business in the area.

Clean, everything works but soulless Hotel is clean but it’s a business man type hotel - rather soul less. No alcohol or bar here, breakfast is usual self service buffet. It’s all OK for the price but it’s not a holiday or family hotel. We did experience some Wi-fi issues

Harika bir otel Aile odasında konakladık. ***et büyük ve konforluydu. Yalnız klima tek tarafta değil iki oda bölümünde de olsa iyi olurdu fakat var olanlar odayı ***et iyi soğuttu. Çalışanlar mükemmeldi; son derece yardımcı ve saygılılar. Otelin Konumu çok iyi; hem pamukkaleye yakın hem de seyir tepesıne (akşam için güzel bir alternatif). Biz çok memnun kaldık.

Çok temiz, oda büyüklüğü yeterli, kahvaltı yeterli.

Konum olarak çok iyi. Antalya dan gelirken yolumuzun üstündeydi. Kolayca bulduk. Odalar çok temiz. Sadece benim odamda biraz sigara kokusu vardı. Personel guleryuzlu ve çok ilgili. Kahvaltı oldukça doyurucu. Eksik birsey yoktu. Ürünler kaliteli. Çok memnun kaldık. Denizli ziyaretimizde ilk tercihimiz olacak. Personele ve yöneticilere teşekkür ediyorum..

Denizli'de akşam saatlerinde konaklamak için yer ararken spontane olarak bulduğum bir yerdi. Önceden ayarlamamıştım. İçeri girdiğim andan itibaren otel personeli çok ilgilendi ve yardımcı oldular. Otelin kendine ait otoparkının olması çok büyük avantaj. Otel çok temizdi. Kaldığım oda çok geniş ve çok temizdi. Odada sizin için her şey (tarağa kadar) düşünülmüştü ve sterilizeydi. Banyonun çok temiz ve çok geniş olması gerçekten şaşırtıcıydı. Odada 1 adet çift kişilik 1 adet tek kişilik yatak mevcuttu. Yataklar oldukça geniş olmasına rağmen oda oldukça ferahtı. Dolap bir otel odasına göre gerçekten çok büyüktü, bayağı 4 kapılı bir gardırop vardı ve okadar güzel dizayn edilmişki odada yer kaplamamış. Otelde sigara içilen ve içilmeyen katlar olması şaşırtıcıydı. Sabah kahvaltısı çeşitli ve yeterliydi. Personeller gerçekten çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. 1 gece konakladım ve çok memnun kaldım. Denizli'ye yolum düşerse hiç düşünmeden tekrar kalabileceğim bir yer. Tek eleştireceğim konu duvarlarda ses yalıtımının yeterli olmayışı. O yüzden 1 puan kırdım. Gece yan odada bir çift tartışıyordu. İstemeden tüm olaya hakim oldum. Duvarlara ses yalıtımı yapılırsa bence çok daha iyi olur. Herkese çok teşekkürler.
