"We arrived late, already dark, so it was very difficult to find the hotel. We searched for a long time, asking people, and once even saw a sign with an arrow pointing the way to the hotel, apparently put up by the owners. But at the next fork in the road, we lost our way. As we were almost passing the hotel, a man stood nearby and pointed. It turned out we'd been driving almost all the way around and couldn't see it in the dark. We were checked into a second-floor bungalow. It's a two-story bungalow, with two rooms upstairs and an external staircase. The bathroom was leaking onto the floor, and the shower was curtained off, but water was everywhere. Then the floor was wet everywhere. Roosters and the muezzin were ringing in the morning. I didn't see any shops around. Demre is a long way off, the beach is closer, but we didn't go there. In the morning after breakfast, we drove to Demre and then on to a beach hotel. Excellent breakfast – I agree with other reviews."

"The hotel is centrally located, new and clean inside. It's a great value for money hotel. We booked the option including breakfast, but since the hotel doesn't have a breakfast area, they've partnered with the nearby Nur pastry shop. It was quite a comprehensive breakfast. Anyone looking for accommodation in Demre shouldn't hesitate."

"Stayed here 2 nights whilst on the Lycian Way. Genuinely blown away - unique hillside development 500m up overlooking the beautiful ocean. We were probably spoiled as we were only guests at beginning of season and pool yet to open. A genuine warmth and charm by the husband and wife owners. Food was traditional Turkish and wonderfully prepared with local home grown produce. Breakfast was also a delight. Lovely grounds and interesting local historical antiquities to walk to.
