Awesome Self Catering Accommodation Couple of things to be aware of. This is not a hotel with a 24 your reception, room service, restaurant, gym facilities etc, the place is only staffed during the day, so if you're checking in late, I believe there is a key safe box where your room keys will be left. That being said, the accommodation was lovely and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are massive and more like suites, with a lounge/dining area and also a fully stocked kitchen (although there isn't much prep space for food). The bed is one of the most comfy beds I've slept in and the fans/air con work well. There is also a decent sized balcony area, a nice swimming pool with loungers, tables, umbrellas, even 3 large gas BBQs that guests are welcome to use. The grounds are immaculately kept and there is ample parking. We stayed here as a family of 4 and used the sofa bed, which you make up yourself (the bedding was left in the wardrobe). Beach/pool towels were also provided. If you're after the services and facilities you get with a hotel, then this won't be for you. If you prefer self catering with plenty of room and somewhere that's comfortable, then I can't recommend this place enough.

Staff was helpful and freindly

The rental was perfect for our needs - we loved that we could open the sliding door and hear the ocean and feel the breeze. Easily walk down to beach and enjoy the waves.

Don't waste your time or money here. It was dirty, small and outdated. Sugar Ants, filthy windows and the property manager wouldn't meet with us. Our front door didn't lock and the floors were filthy. We had to wash our feet before bed. The refrigerator doesn't open fully and the ice maker didn't work on arrival so we bought a bag of ice. The day before Thanksgiving and after we bought Thanksgiving dinner (with zero notice to us), they told us the refrigerator was being replaced because the ice maker didn't work. Our food sat on the counter over an hour while this happened and it turned out the water line for the ice maker was crushed (more poor maintenance) and there was filthy water all over the floor. The housekeeper uses a broom with a towel to mop floors. She was going to come back after the refrigerator was replaced and she didn't. We had to ask the front desk to bring us something to clean the floors with! The windows were so dirty we couldn't see through them and the maintenance man's idea of washing windows was to hose them down - no washing or drying - just hose them down. He did this by the front door and left a puddle in front of our door for 3 days before it dried up on its on and they don't provide indoor mats! It took 3 days to spray for ants and they came back a week later. How do you like ants crawling on you while watching TV? There is no security and the staff never tells you there is no one on site 24/7. Find out your front door doesn't lock 10 days into a 2 week stay with no security on site and they were somewhat aware of that problem! This was the worst two week stay we've ever had. It should not be listed as a Bluegreen Property and it is definitely not a quality place to stay.

I can't wait to return next year! Not only was my ocean view unit spectacular, the service from Nancy, Bee, and Sean is second to none! They made my stay extraordinary! They were courteous, professional, and more than accommodating! I look forward to seeing them again soon!

This resort is beautiful! The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. The pool and hot tub were open from dawn to dusk. During my September visit, it was not very busy. The pool was well maintained. A few steps through the gate brings you to the beach and ocean. One thing to note. There are no chairs on the beach. The resort does not provide chairs to use on the beach. There are no elevators to the 2nd floor, so be aware if you have mobility issues. The front porch had a nice view of the ocean. The unit had some housekeeping issues, but was overall lovely. A few things that I didn't notice in any reviews online. Beach towels are provided. They are big and fluffy. Don't bother bringing your own. The coffee maker is a Cuisinart Brew on Demand. There are two packs of coffee when you arrive, but the front desk gave me two additional packs. The resort is quiet and peaceful, but the Town of Delray is a short drive away and has many shops and restaurants. This is the perfect location for a low-key, relaxing vacation.
