CONSTRUCTION DISCOUNT FOR 2025 Chance of loud construction nearby Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm. 3 blocks from Atlantic Avenue in the up and coming SOFA (South Of Atlantic) district of downtown Delray, and a 2 minute ride to the beach (or a 20 minute walk), this modern pool home with a gym has everything you need! We thought of everything! You cannot beat the location as you kiss parking issues goodbye and walk to every restaurant in town, the Green Market, and down to the historic marina district to drink coffee as the boats go by. 1 block over is Frankie Beans for coffee and breakfast! Everything you need is in this home for a perfect stress-free vacation. 1,500 sq ft renovated and well-appointed home with a gorgeous large onyx pool, sun shelf, hot tub, hammock, hanging bed, outdoor teak table and chairs for 6 and indoor gym/yoga room. Fruit trees, seasonal! HUGE lovesac brand bean bag, oversized luxury sofa. Master bedroom has beauty rest mattress and adjustable bed frame. via remote. Pool is ALWAYS heated when the weather starts to cool down, to take the chill out. Central AC. On the edge of city life, in the suburbs! The IPIC Movie theater, Proper Ice Cream, Delray Market is all just a short stroll away and in your neighborhood! Please note: The Gym/Yoga room can accommodate a single bed but that is only set-up for you upon request. Otherwise there is no single bed set-up in that room as the room is used for gym/yoga use. If you do find that you need it after all, you're more than welcome to set it up yourself (takes only a minute to unfold the frame, and the frame and mattress are both very light) or I can come by and do it for you. The sofa can accommodate 2 sleeping children or 2 sleeping adults. It is not a sofa bed, it is a large sectional, the width of 2 full size beds. See photos of the sofa, it's much larger than it appears (look up the lovesac brand "M lounger" configuration). The Master bedroom has a 1yr old king Beauty Rest mattress with adjustable frame for back and feet. It's a medium firmness, not quite firm but not super soft, in the middle. The twin beds are all high-quality memory foam mattress. The Queen is a comfortable pillow-top mattress. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. The outdoor shed and my Vespas are off limits to guests. Other things to note: Do tell me the nature of your visit and if possible, a little about yourself and your fellow guests. I love to make sure gift baskets are there (size depending on length of stays). I have been known to leave a welcome gift of a gift card to a local restaurant, a basket of fruit and snacks, a bbq sauce set, and I've even had pizza delivered for tired families arriving after a long drive with hungry kids. Last month, I had a brand-new memory foam dog bed for someone's furry best friend and a bowl with his name on it. Please tell me how I can best welcome you! GOOD TO KNOW I personally inspect the entire property prior to your arrival, despite having full trust in my stellar cleaning person. I make sure things are all accounted for and in working order. I also regularly get the AC and pool electrical inspected to ensure all is well. If anything at the property is reasonably not perfect, I will likely be more upset than you are about it, because I pride myself in my professionalism and truly want to make guests happy and enjoy their stay. I ALWAYS go above and beyond to correct any single little detail that is not right and I do so IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE tell me if anything isn't right immediately because I can and will fix it for you and I will be HAPPY to make it right as soon as I can. A family BBQ, a girls weekend, playing some music inside/outside a little loud before midnight, these things are all OK as long as my place is respected and any truly accidental damages are disclosed. I really do want you to have a good time so please have a good time! We are all going to break that wine glass or that mug. It's not the end of the world. Telling me about it is VERY MUCH appreciated because I now have time to replace it for future guests and also myself, and I am not scrambling last minute. OUTDOOR CAMERAS There are outdoor cameras surrounding the property. There are never indoor cameras. This is for the safety of my home. They record video which after a week, auto-deletes on it's own. I am not sitting there, spying on 5 cameras day and night, I have a full-time job (and a life). Reasons cameras may be checked would be an extreme weather situation which could be causing damage at the home (hurricane), neighbor complaints about very loud noise/party which wasn't authorized by me, an actual crime may be happening (unlikely) or because I have reason to believe from neighbor complaints that there are way more guests arriving to the property than disclosed without my permission/knowledge. Otherwise, there's no reason for me to check cameras/watch videos. If you are doing things you should not be doing such as sneaking in extra guests unauthorized, having a party or event unauthorized, destroying my property or committing a crime, footage may be released to police and Air BnB if necessary. You'll find me super fast to answer your questions or concerns, and immediately making sure something that isn't quite right, is now right. My goal is for you to enjoy my home and it brings me so much joy to make sure this happen.
