Thia was my second time staying at this beautiful and luxurious place. The Leela Convention is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality. セキュリティがしっかりしていたので良かったです。最後の見送り時が楽しかったです。

かなり安い価格で泊まったのであれこれ言えませんが強いて言うならば、館内に案内表示がありません。 チェックイン後、客室に向かうのにかなり歩いた先の建物に入って、そこからエレベーターに乗ります。チェックイン時に説明もありませんでした。 また、朝食付きのプランでしたが朝食についての案内(何時から何時まで、どこで)もありませんでした。 チェックアウトの場所は宿泊棟のエレベ⁸ーターおりたところのフロントで行います(チェックインしたフロントは違う) しかし、出入口は同じ、とてもわかりにくい構図です。 ドアマンの方はとても優しかったですが、フロントは… 部屋は清潔ですがランドリバックを取ってみると髪の毛が落ちていたり、洗面のカラン部分の水垢が目立っていたりときになるとこもいくつかあります。

The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. The room is clean. We enjoy staying here and will come again.

L’hôtel est très beau le petit déjeuner excellent, très belle vue de là chambre, seul petit bémol la chambre qui n’est pas très propre surtout la salle de bain des traces de moisissures, c’est vraiment dommage car c’est un 5 étoile.
