The Hotel generally was extremely comfortable, clean and well kept with pleasant Staff and great Food. The buffet style Breakfast was such a wonderful experience and you can also request certain things that they may not have and it would be done to your liking. Another highlight for my Family and I was having our Laundry done at a speedly time frame, that took a lot of load off from us. My stay their with my Family was superb and so relaxing that if I am to ever return to India my 1st choice would be The Sentinel Hotel. I want to take this opportunity to Thank alllllllll the Staff within all departments and management for a great and wonderful stay.

Very nice experience. Food is also nice and good. Rooms are clean and very hygienic and view is also nice from room. Staff is also very good and well manners. Overall very good and nice experience. Ambience is also good and best hotel In Jasola.

This is a very good stay. Good and kindly people in all services. I hope came back to this hotel in the next time will come. This hotel will be a referencie for our family or friend that camevto india in medical assistence or in tourism in the same way that our friend Carlos, who stay in this hotel , did to me. Thanks for all.

the staff are very kind,helpful and take their work seriously, the rooms are comfortable and spacious where you can relax and move around, the foods are delicious and gets it in a timely manner,stayed for two months no complaints or regrets.

We have been here for almost 3 months. The staff are very accommodating, kind and polite. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. There are food on the menu that will make you feel like home. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

I stayed at the sentinel for 2 days. The title of the review summarizes my experience. Sharing some pros and cons based on the same below : pros:
- very clean and hygienic rooms
- room and housekeeping services are good
- excellent location cons:
- poor customer service attitude of the hotel manager
- poor quality of buffet (breakfast) both in terms of the food quality and delays in service

The visit was not upto the mark as i was expecting. The receptionist was the rudest person i have ever known. It was my anniversary and my friends wanted to come over for 15-20 minutes just to cut the cake. He not only didn’t allow them to come but also insulted them. No hotel has any objection with the visitors and if they had any clause regarding, they could have managed the exception as my guest were at the door step. Anyway it was a pathetic experience. Would not be choosing this hotel for sure in future.
