Hilton San Diego/Del Mar arvostelua

兩張大床房房間比較大比較舒服的，前一天住在機場希爾頓，床感覺都是潮潮的，這家雖然是一樓的房間，但是整體住下來很舒服，是目前住了四家酒店以後感覺比較好的一家，停車場self parking35刀一晚。

環境啊位置啊都不錯

給了個特別遠的房間不太滿意，其餘湊合

跟國內的度假酒店無法比擬，但可能美國人覺得好，可能是遇到酒店有活動聚會，體驗一般般……

大堂很舒適，我們帶着小朋友很喜歡這裏玩和住宿

At my arrival, the front desk Staff was very unfriendly. Their system had a problem and my cards were refused and they treated me like somebody wanting to scam them but then they found out that it was their problem and they didn’t even apologize. Then i had my breakfest included in my trip.com booking and they wouldn’t give me the voucher, telling me that they didn’t see the breakfest, even though the price per night was higher then the normal room. No chance of trying to help me calling trip.com, so i had to pay 2 times for my breakfest. I will get my money back in 2-3 weeks… it’s not my problem, but i need to pay anyway - no apologies. It’s a Hilton, but there is no difference to other hotels. the service is unfriendly and unprofessional (except at the restaurant - they were cery friendly) and the room itself is old, there is no smart tv - so no netflix/prime - no welcome water bottle, only for purchase. i was not so satisfied with my stay

喜歡酒店的格局

連續入住2晚，房間很大很乾淨，床也很大很好睡，整間飯店都香香的⋯可惜天氣不好無法下水游泳，水太冷，可惜這麼大的泳池，缺點是冷氣聲音太大聲

The hotel was nice and clean and the front desk staff was so nice! The only issue I had was the shower head still slightly running when filling up the bathtub, but it wasn’t really that big of a deal. Would definitely stay here again!

The stat was obnoxious at many levels. After checking in, we discovered the air vent of our room was making an engine like sound with the walls vibrating so we asked the concierge to arrange a change of room for us. The concierge gave us new keys for another room. Upon arriving at the door of the room, we discovered that the room that the concierge told us to go to was already occupied. We went to ask them again and they said they realised just now so we wasted a lot often time running around the place. Then when we eventually settled in another room, we discovered that half of the sockets don't work. The most fascinating thing was that we received a call from the concierge in the morning on the second day, the staff asked if we need the maintenance guy to come check out the leakage. We did not report any leakage and apparently they knew there was a leakage in the room prior to us checking into the room, should they not have fixed the problem before checking guests into the room? The hotel failed on so many levels.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and I like the location and the room service but when it comes to the check in employees I feel like they can be a bit more welcoming. Not the fist time were encountering issues with mismanaging rooms, keys and its with an attitude. Not all the front desk employees but a few for sure.
