Location, amenities, room with facilities are perfectly alright as shown by MMT pages. Just a minor addition in Washroom (provision to hang towels) The food quality needs to be simplified rather than too spicy with edible oils. Overall Experience Fantastic.

The information provided the amenities of the corporate room is misleading. The room does not include a sofa set, despite it being advertised. Additionally, no welcome kit was provided, and the reception staff was unresponsive and reluctant to accept feedback. In the restaurant, even basic necessities are overpriced — for instance, a bottle of packaged drinking water costs Rs. 50, which is unreasonable for a place like Dehradun. Furthermore, the restaurant staff lacks proper dining etiquette. Housekeeping services were not offered for the second day of our stay, which is disappointing. Overall, the hotel's policies and services are extremely poor and require immediate attention and improvement.

Amazing location, excellent rooms and bathrooms. Walk out of the station and it’s in front of you. Neat and clean and very well maintained.
