This was an extremely terrible experience. I had booked the premium room—the best one available in the hotel-paid for the booking in advance. The room was not clean at all, and the washroom was even worse—extremely dirty.
I asked them to change my room. Initially, they refused, but after I complained to MakeMyTrip, they offered me another room, which was in the same condition.
So, I requested them to cancel my room reservation. However, they neither canceled the reservation nor refunded any amount. Since I was unable to stay in the given room, I checked out and stayed at another hotel.
The worst part is their extremely unprofessional and careless attitude. They were not at all concerned about customer discomfort or problems.
