Shaheen Bagh - A Luxury Boutique Resort & Spa

Stayed at Shaheen Bagh from Feb 16 to Feb 20. Stayed at Hillview room. We have had an awesome experience. Fantastic location with a great view of Mussorie and the hills. The real estate is unmatched - it is so well laid out with lots of flora and fauna and an architectural beauty with old world charm. We had a special pahadi dinner - with mandave roti, some special lentils and greens - and that was one to remember for a long time. The food was cooked to order from scratch and takes time to be ready but well worth the wait. The best part was the owners personal touch and care for each and every guest. Kudos to them for building such a fine resort. It also shows with each and every staff member who take pride in making the guest stay highly enjoyable. Me and my wife are already discussing our plans for another stay here. Couple of things to note - the place is slightly away from shopping and commercial areas ( we had a car so no issues) , so plan your time accordingly. Also the wireless was patchy at times. Overall a hidden gem and an experience to remember.

Very well appointed property. We had very good and memorable stay. Additionally home made style organic food was appreciated by all family members. The staff led by Mr. Raj RANA were very courteous and made every effort to help us out of way to make our stay very hospitable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I should start by saying I stayed at this wonderful property as a guest of my friends who were hosting their daughter’s marriage reception so I can’t really comment on costs as I didn’t see a bill. Having said that all my interactions with Sandhya ( owners), Kamlesh ( consultant GM) and Raman ( Operations) were very positive and I don’t think a single problem was faced in terms meeting our many requests. My host had booked all the rooms and so it was just friends and family present and I think I speak for everybody when I say we were well looked after. The property itself is gorgeous and one does feel a sense of calm and comfort in this vast well looked after garden resort. The nightlights from Mussorie twinkle down on this place and add to the ambiance. Food was plentiful and well presented and I could not fault anything even if I tried. Day 2 of our stay included the reception and the 120+ guests who arrived for the function were also well looked after and catered to very professionally. The waiting staff and housekeeping staff were very helpful and a delight to interact with. I would return here any day- a great venue and lovely people to serve! A win win all the way! Great experience with property, food and staff. Highly recommended for a super stay. The hosts were very warm. Property is located away from hustble bustle of market making it a perfect property for us to stay at. I will visit again and recommned this property to everyone.

Quaint beautiful place near Dehradun. Best things about your stay at Shaheen Bagh- 1. Great service. You’ll never be left asking for anything twice or misinformed about anything. The staff is super friendly, helpful and always up for a quick nice chat. Special thanks to Raman ji for making our stay seamless. The owners stay at the property and you can have a lovely conversation with them anytime you see them around. 2. Peace. Location offers you the best option at a peaceful stay. Combined with lush gardens, beautiful library combined with reading room, pool table and good food- it has all the things you need for a calm relaxed time out and then some. Would definitely suggest staying here once to enjoy a great experience.

We felt like we were in the lap of nature. Enjoyed the well maintained garden & the greenery. The food was very well prepared and the hospitality of the staff was worth mentioning! Kudos to the team at Shahenen baagh truly a hidden gem. Can’t wait to be back.
