One evening, i had an issue with the television, and the maintenance team arrived promptly to assist me. They were friendly, professional, and resolved the issue in no time. Terrible Experience at Clarks Inn Express My recent stay on 11th Nov. 2024 at Clarks Inn Express was extremely disappointing. I had ordered a vegetarian meal, but to my shock, non-vegetarian food was served in my room. As a vegetarian, this was not only upsetting but also a serious oversight. When I contacted the restaurant to address the issue, the restaurant manager insisted that the food was vegetarian, despite my clear concerns. I asked him to double-check with the chef, and only then did he casually acknowledge the mistake, stating that the wrong order had been sent and promising to correct it. What was even more frustrating was the lack of accountability or urgency in resolving the issue. The manager did not seem to take the situation seriously, which made the entire experience feel dismissive and unprofessional. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better attention to detail and customer service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their staff’s responsiveness and quality control.

Nice place in the middle of city offering comfortable stay and good food. The staff was always smiling and ready to help and that's basically all that is required from a hotel in the middle of the city. All in all worth staying with family or friends No alcohol though
