Welcome to our fantastic 5th-floor oceanfront studio just steps to the ocean and in the heart of the world's most famous beach... Daytona Beach! Enjoy miles of sand. Our studio features a spacious balcony. A gym, BBQ grills and more. Wifi and TV for entertainment in the room. If you're looking to learn how to surf or if you're here for a good time this summer you're in the heart of the fun. Less than 1 mile from all of the action here in Daytona Beach.
Just inside our beachside condo, you are greeted with an open and airy floor plan. The small kitchenette has all that you need to prepare a small meal. A small dinning area for gathering or eating a meal and a dedicated work desk are all included.
Guests have full access to all amenities on property. With tons of things to do around Daytona, you are sure to find things to keep busy.
Guests must check in at the front desk to obtain a parking pass. Favorite Vacation Spot
The room was so clean and cute. It had everything you need for cooking and a vacation. We had such an amazing time and the hotel is in such a perfect spot with a great pool, beach access, and just down the road from the town. Couldn’t be happier with our stay and we loved waking up the sunrise on the balcony every morning. We’re already planning our next trip to come back!

It was dirty, beach sand in the bed, food on the stove burner, one roll of to for 4 days, broken umbrella, beach sand all over the water toys and left out. Either food or vomit on the wall, mold in the bathtub, the host argue w me told me the sheets were new and the shower curtain was as well. Sent me photos of a staged room not even the room I stayed in, as the new shower curtain was orange and the one in the actual unit was gray and black. Worst place I have stayed in years. Not worth staying at all.

A great little place
In a great area, easy to walk to the beach, quiet, quaint, and the indoor pool is nice. Amenities were great and the view is very good. Only complaint is that the sound insulation isn’t great so noisy neighbors will keep you up all night.

Great location and price
My bf and I had a great stay here. The location is perfect, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, 5 min drive to downtown and an easy elevator ride and 3 min walk to the beach from the condo. The porch overlooks the parking lot, outdoor pool and beach and has great sunrise and sunset views. The room was clean and bed was moderately comfy. The indoor pool was a nice addition, though we didnt get a chance to check out the outdoor pool or arcade. The other guests, tenets and receptionists for the parking passes, were friendly, no issues.
My only suggestions would be to switch to a Keurig or newer model coffee maker and provide more toilet paper.
All in all, great stay for a really good price! Ty!

Disappointing! Extremely Small!
Property looked so much better in pictures. The place is much smaller in person, especially the bathroom. I took my shoes off at the door, to not drag any dirt into the room. The floor had sand throughout and felt very oily. My feet were filthy after leaving the place. If you're claustrophobic, this place isn't for you. The reception area was uninviting. The only plus was that the owner allowed us in the place early. We chose to not stay there, which resulted in the loss of the money we prepaid. We ended up staying at Comfort Inn which was a very pleasurable experience.

Enjoyed!
Was perfect for our needs! We screwed up and lost track of the days and didnt get checked out like we were supposed to and the Co-host was amazing! Would stay again!
