This stunning, bright, breezy oceanfront studio features a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The balcony is the perfect spot to capture amazing views of the sunrise and sunset. This unit is on the 3rd floor of the North building with gorgeous views from the room. It is on the Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center, which is conveniently located near shops such as supermarket Publix, Walgreens, Marshall’s, Denny’s, Crab Knight and many other restaurants nearby. The best part is they are all within walking distance. This studio is ideal for families or up to 4 guests. Adult guests must be at least 25 years old to book. We will require photo Id of the person booking and age and names for all guests. Children may stay with existing bedding although there are no cribs in the property. This is nonsmoking unit. Keeping the place clean is important to us. Please be respectful of this beautiful property and keep it clean. Guests are required to wash their own dishes and take out all their trash before checking out. NOTE: ALL AMENITIES ARE CLOSED, will reopen again in the near future. Pool deck is closed. The amenities such as the gym, sauna and the pools temporarily closed after 2 major hurricanes. Will open again soon. This is an ideal place for making beautiful memories with loved ones.
