Premier Inn Nottingham North (Daybrook)

The bathroom was filthy. The plug hole hasn't been cleaned. Hair from previous guests still in there. The windows were filthy. Rooms weren't cleaned daily and fresh cups and towels were not given. Nowhere to place bag for emptying. And only one chair available in the room so no other place to sit other than the beds. Overall our stay was not a pleasant one and would not recommend staying here

I visited on a business trip and a great welcome and stay. A special Thank you for the assistance to Sharnice. I come to Nottingham regularly and stayed here a couple of times and always nice place to stay I needed an earlier check in and they weee very accommodating and responsive

I stay in Premier Inns regularly and have always been happy with the standards of comfort and cleanliness as well as the pleasant and efficient staff. That said, on this occasion, I was somewhat disapointed with this particular venue. Check in was fine but my room window was open in sub zero temperatures which was odd, doors and windows throughout were kept open so there was obviously a problem of some sort. The room heater was ok but difficult to control and kept resetting itself. The tv was well used and the controls didn't really work. Overall cleanliness and comfort were good and my room was very quiet. When I tried to connect my work laptop to both of the Premier Inn wi-fi options it wouldn't connect and I got an error message saying that these networks were unsafe and shouldn't be used which has never happened before in other hotels including other Premier Inns so I've no idea what's going on here. As others have said, the breakfast was very good and the staff were always helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff who go over and above. Comfortable beds and pillows Clean. Good food - staff couldn't do enough to ensure we had what we wanted, everything was fresh and hot. It was very warm sat by the kitchen and one of the staff members came out with 2 portable fans for us. Highly recommend!

Choose a different Premier Inn in Nottingham. Unfortunately the oddest one I've stayed at. The worst part by far was our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I don't understand how the cleaners didn't smell it! I'd not have used this room for a guest until the smoke smell had dissapated. We slept with the window open and the fan on all night. Really annoyingly the sheet on the double bed was stained. Never had that at a Premier Inn before. Breakfast was bizarre. There were no pastries out and 30 minutes later the chef walked into the middle of the room and shouted "If anyone wants pastries I've got to turn the oven down so it'll be 30 minutes". We didn't bother with pastries..

Had a great day, sharnie and the team Were brilliant very welcoming on reception, sharnie Couldn’t do enough to help made us stay fantastic as always will definitely come back. The biscuits and coffee were brilliant and the welcoming smile and entry fantastic after a long journey. Thank you sharnie
