The location is good. The room was clean. Shower pressure was great. Bed were very hard and 2 teeny pillows. I had to pay $50 deposit refundable only if room was good and not smoked in. There is something very odd going on at this motel. It's almost as if the workers and their families live there and took in elderly live ins too. Some guy put a Bluetooth speaker on the trash can outside our room window and started blasting some music while smoking which blocked the door to the outside then attempted a conversation with us while we were trying to load the car to leave. The guests/residents sir right outside the exit and smoke making it impossible not to walk through also allowing the smell to enter the hotel hallway. The 2nd night's (Saturday night) stay was the real kicker. My friend and I were awoken by the front desk associate calling. He called me by the wrong name twice before getting mine correct. He said that our neighbor called and said that we were smoking in the room. I told him no, we were sleeping. He then said well if you are would you please stop. I again said no we are not smoking nor do we even smoke. He apologized and hung up. Neither of us could fall back asleep due to the loud laughing and stomping going on in the rooms around and above us. The next morning, my friend was sitting in front of the adjoining door using the long mirror and said she kept getting smells of smoke. Then we both kept hearing what sounded like a can of air freshener being sprayed a lot. I went to the front desk to check out and mentioned everything that occurred. She said that my room had to be checked for smoke before I left. I followed her to the room. She said it was perfect and refunded my deposit. Idk what's going on here but I don't want to be anywhere near that place in the future.

The hotel was one of those you get what you pay for. Good location, just off the highway. The check in process was good, friendly and professional. It did offer a breakfast and had a pool. However, the room needed major maintenance improvement. I don't know when this hotel had a revamp, but a deep cleaning would be a good start with chipped paint and lighting that was subpar. There was a severely broken first floor window that was not repaired our entire visit and help together with tape. If you want a nicer room, spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

The place is a dump. Needs to be razed and rebuilt. Floors in room so dirty that when you walked barefoot and went in the shower the dirt was on the floor of the tub. No maid service at all. Didn't take the trash and had to go ask for a bag at the front desk. AC was inadequate. Room humidity was High. Lighting is so bad. Wouldn't sit on the desk chair as it was peeling and the couch as stained and affraid to catch something. Book for three nights but couldn't take it. Left the the night before knowing that even though we asked they wouldn't refund but it was better to drive 6 hours home than stay in this dump another night. NO MAID SERVICE. No clean towels or did they make beds or take out the trash. Still blaming it on COVID. They don't tell you no maid service or breakfast when you book. Pay the extra $$ and stay somewhere else only good thing I can say is the TV worked and was in High Def.

ALL amenities down even though you pay for them anyway. Room itself adequate but NO HOT WATER. Hotel falling apart, rude staff. Worth paying $10 extra to go to competitor across the street. Not the safest area, either.
