Narrow motor access to the house. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces, extra), communal covered parking (extra). Shop 300 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop, railway station "Davos Dorf" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake 1 km. Mountain railway, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school, sled run 1.5 km, cross country ski track, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Parsenn 300 m, Jakobshorn 1.5 km. The building is located upstream of the resort of Parsenn mountain and offers beautiful view. Parking + garage (reservation on arrival). 1-room apartment 50 m2 on 5th floor. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. Alcove with curtain with 2 beds. Wonderful central location, great views of the village and mountains. The way from the parking lot to the apartment has to be learned -)

Great apartment for skiing holidays with the kids. Shopping, ski school etc. easily accessible on foot. The indoor pool was one great change.

Cozy and functionally furnished apartment in a central location (5 minutes to the bus station). Kitchen well equipped and comfortable beds. Indoor pool in the house clean and well maintained.

Nice little apartment, perfect for 2 people. Free access to the swimming pool (very pleasant after a day of hiking). Close to the station, shops, a bus stop, the Parsenn ski lifts. Nice view of Davos and its mountains. We will definitely come back.
