Very considerate employee. Super clean room. The location is not good, better google map. One of the amenities is not working which is the gas stove if you need to cook something.

We had fun. Though buklding is a bit old but the price is reasonable.

Poor internet amd average hotel

Nice stay, a bit dated decor.

we stayed in (two) standard rooms. the pool is not available during our stay, however they open the 'jacuzzi' for us. TVs are not working, there are no slippers, and you have to ask for other items (e.g, toothbrush). The bar is closed and they just serve breakfast (not a buffet), but you can always use Grab for meal delivery.

Not worth our penny. The lay out of the hotel was nice but lack of maintenance. I believe it was beautiful back in the day but it is hard to describe now if it is old and rusty version. It is unfair to collect money from the customer and offer this dirty hotel, the television is not working, the wifi is slow, and noisy in the morning. Do not expect their swimming pool that is posted when choosing where to stay.

Swimming pool , was green and very dirty , gym was closed , you couldn't get any lunch or dinner. My first room the Aircon was not working, so I asked to change rooms . The second room , seemed ok but the shower didn't work so I asked , to move again . The third room had a water pump in the ceiling, and kept us awake all night . I complained to the receptionist girl , and she was not interested at all in this problem. She just said you have already moved twice , and I said yes for good reason, but she wasn't at all going to help us, she was very rude and just kept saying iv moved you twice already.🤷😡 In the end we had to go to the maintenance team to ask for another room , fortunately they came to listen to the noise we were complaining about , and immediately got us keys to a room that was quiet . Crown Regency please get rid of the receptionist that was on duty on the 31st of January 2025 and the 1st February 2025 .
