I stayed at this affordable hotel, but I don’t recommend it if you’re looking for peace and quiet. I wasn’t aware that there was a bar directly beneath the hotel, and it was extremely noisy. The bar didn’t close until 5 AM, resulting in a sleepless night. While the hotel is budget-friendly, it’s not ideal for a peaceful stay.

It was a good stay overall. We had to look for somewhere to stay because of the travel time going home and the work. Although the rates are cheap, I just wish there was a direct email/phone number to contact the facility directly. We ended up having to pay extra for checking in an hour earlier because we couldn’t reach out to anyone regarding that matter. We were only checked in for 8 hours in total.

It was fine. Just want to suggest that you install an elevator so adult visitors can have easy access to higher floors.

If you arrive between 10pm-7am no one will help you carry your bags up the steps. Bed is clean but the surroundings were crawling with ants. Bathroom has a lot of stains and the shower curtain had a lot of black spots.. or may have not been cleaned or replaced for a long time.

The hot and cold shower was a nice touch, ensuring I felt refreshed throughout my stay. One of the best perks was the convenient location—just a short walk to SM Lanang, making it easy to grab meals and shop. I also appreciated the option to add breakfast, which was perfect for someone like me who had a packed schedule during the summit. Starting my day with a hearty meal was a real bonus! The only minor downside was the absence of an elevator, but honestly, it was a small price to pay for such a great experience, especially considering how budget-friendly this booking was. If you're looking for a secure, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Davao, I highly recommend RedDoorz Plus. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers alike. TV doesn't work It's not my ideal place

Comfortable place to stay, staffs are very accommodating, budget friendly hotel.

Cheap place so you get what you pay for. AC was cold which was great after having to carry our luggages to the 4th floor using the stairs. Location was perfect as its walking distance to SM Lanang or you get a ride for P10.

The AirConditioning works poorly: too low HP for the room. It cant cool the room. The bathroom stinks (stench coming from drain). The water flow is weak. I have to wait for several long minutes just to get the pail full so that I could take a decent bath. Wifi signal is weak and internet is so slow. Imcant watch youtube decently. There is no water station at the 4th floor (i stayed at the 4th floor). I have to go down to the 1st floor just to get drinking water.
