On my recent visit, my ID was not returned to me after the check-in process. I only realized it was missing when I arrived at the airport entrance. Fortunately, my co-worker who still at the hotel able to retrieved it on my behalf. This is actually the second time this has happened during my stays. While I understand the need to verify identification during check-in, it seems the staff frequently forget to return the ID after issuing the access card. This oversight can cause significant inconvenience, especially when guests are on tight schedules or about to travel.
