On the pricier side, but worth it. It's wonderful; staff, diving options, location, massages, the design of the resort, and the room/house you stay in, all of it.

The best party of my stay is definitely the attention to detail. All of the staff are smiling and are happy to help. The dive team are incredible and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Rae, Larry, Ed, Berlinda, Lor and Jaz for your time, energy and patience! I will be back! Kind regards James

It was a great 4 day vacation! The food was remarkable, each meal I was looking forward to. The staff were kind and took initiative to make sure we were comfortable. It was clean and spacious, and the vibe was elegant and chill. Beach isn’t white, but pools were superb!! Loved it!!!!

The hotel is located in Dauin, where most resorts are found. The landscape is beautiful and gives a sense of both luxury and comfort. Since it's far from the city, it feels exclusive, peaceful, and relaxing. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks. The staff were very friendly and gave us a quick tour of the place. On our first night, we tried dishes from their restaurant. The food was excellent—everything we ordered was seasoned perfectly. The restaurant staff were very attentive, and the ambiance was superb. Highly recommended for special occasions. After dinner, we returned to our room and were pleasantly surprised to find it already cleaned and made up. The bed was tidy, and the towels were neatly arranged. Impressive how they managed to do this while we were out. The next morning, we asked the staff to prepare packed breakfasts since we had an early excursion. Even though the restaurant was still closed, they prepared and delivered our meals on time. Just like dinner, the breakfast was delicious and high quality. They even included packed fruits to go with it. When we got back for our second night, we were greeted with handwritten notes and sweet treats. A really thoughtful touch. Overall, our stay at Atmosphere Resorts and Spa was amazing. The peaceful surroundings made for a restful and energizing sleep. The mattress and pillows were soft and clean. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely book again when we return to Dumaguete.

I write as I'm preparing to depart this excellent dive resort after a too-short stay. Our two-bedroom suite was huge, comfortable and well designed. The main living space was not air-conditioned but kept reasonably cool by ceiling fans; the two bedrooms were comfortably cooled. Bedding was superbly comfortable. The dive operation is top-notch with personal, attentive service to every need. They send a maximum of four guests per dive guide so both safety and findingviewing sea life are optimized. Also I note that they separate big-rig photographers from other divers so that we don't interfere with one another's viewing. Dive sites were vibrant with hard and soft coral and an abundance of sea life. The schedule was efficient, everyone was perfectly punctual and the staff took meticulous care of all of our gear before and after dives. The resort itself is lush, serene and beautifully maintained. The all-day dining venue was lovely, but after five or six days one might want some other options. The included breakfast was huge with plenty of choices, both nutritious and not. This is a fairly dedate place where people come to dive, enjoy a quiet drink and dinner and retire to rest for tomorrow. There is not an active bar scene, which suits me fine but might disappoint more party-oriented divers. The staff arranged for us to get a tuk-tuk into Dauin to try some other restaurants, which proved to be inexpensive and fun, with about a ten-minute voyage into town. Guests are mostly European with some Japanese and Aussies. Everyone who works here and every guest that we met speaks good English. Overall, I'd definitely rank this as a superb choice for anyone who want a dive-centered vacation in a beautiful setting.
