Elea Beach Hotel

This was a week away after a week's cruise around the Greek islands. It has a superb location next to the sea, we had a deluxe balcony view which looked over the water. The bedroom was good with modern furniture. The TV only had news channels in English. The shower was over the bath which was very poor with black mould around the bath which is one of my pet hates. The hotel lobby was nice with a shop which sold many things in case you forgot something. The staff were very friendly. The food was always a buffet. The breakfast had a high variety but the dinner was ok. We only had half board so couldn't tell you about the lunch. Would I recommend this hotel, yes but only do bed and breakfast and seek other food elsewhere.

I dont usually do reviews but people should know this is the worst All inclusive experience we've had. Treated like second class with no table service at the only bar.. the other never opened. Waiters overlooked all inclusive guest but served everyone else. Coffee on 1st day and they don't replenish them, had to buy my own. Snack bar is a joke unless your prepared to pay again. Pool had droppings in umbrellas droppings on as did balcony Mould around pool. Oh and the 2 weeks we were there we had a sickness and diahrea BUG as did many guests we spoke to which doesn't say much for the cleanliness Certainly NOT 4* imo.

Just home from a week at Elea Beach with wider family, 9 of us in total- 5 adults, 4 kids. We had a lovely relaxing break. Hotel itself is very clean, room serviced every day and beds changed when requested. Surrounds of hotel kept clean and tidy. Outlook is beautiful and with direct access to the beach (albeit rocky), you have the best of both worlds between pool and sea. Staff were lovely. Special mention to Simo for entertainment and fun- welcoming and encouraging to all ages in our group. And to Giannis at the outdoor bar, fun and interested to talk to us. Front of house Manager (can’t remember her name) also due a mention- very helpful and arranged a restaurant booking in Corfu town and transfers for us. Went above and beyond- thank you. All inclusive food could be improved- not much choice for kids at all which is a shame, and adult options similar every night. Overall a great holiday which we thoroughly enjoyed as a family. Thanks to all the team!

We are currently staying at Elea Beach Club, where we are spending a significant amount of money on our stay, meals, and high-end wine bottles. Yet every time we come to the à la carte restaurant, we are treated with indifference. Today was the last straw. We arrived for lunch after 3 PM. The restaurant was nearly empty. We politely asked for a sea-view table — all of them were free, though marked “reserved.” The waiter, Ntais, coldly told us they were not available because they were “already booked.” Apparently, “booked” only for us. A few minutes later, two older ladies walked in. They saw the “reserved” sign and respectfully chose a table inside. Then comes Ntais — the same waiter — who invites them to sit at the very sea-view table we had just requested. The one that was “reserved.” To make things worse, we ordered a medium-rare filet, but what we received was clearly a different cut of meat altogether. When we politely asked for clarification, Ntais responded with arrogance and a rude attitude, as if we were bothering him by simply asking about what we had been served. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reeks of prejudice: young people? So, you must not spend much or tip well. Are we wrong? Maybe. But the facts speak for themselves. Such behavior not only ruins the experience but also damages the image of the entire hotel. We will file a formal complaint to the management, because these dynamics should have no place in a venue that claims to offer excellence. If you happen to be served by Ntais, do yourself a favor: choose a different restaurant.

Really quite disappointed with our stay here. We were all inclusive which we wouldn’t normally do but due to being carers, it was the best option. The food was very similar most days and was not always hot. Soup was luke warm. As someone else mentioned, no labels on the food so it was a bit of a guess as to what was on offer. If you were vegetarian you would struggle. Wine and beer were good, a positive. However, preference given to non all inclusive. No table service to all inclusive. I was over looked by the waiters to serve other guests from other countries as well as by the TUI representative. This was my first TUI holiday. & it will be my last. There was nothing on the information board in the hotel in English. There is entertainment but that’s not my cup of tea. It’s the same every day. Rooms comfortable. Very noisy on a night on the corridors. Shame as it is a nice outlook across the bay.
