Nafsika Hotel - Adults Only

The best staff! Location was lovely and practical - great to explore Dassia, Lakonas, Palaiokastritsa, Ipsos and Corfu. Staff were extremely helpful and have great recommendations! Restaurants: Kostas, Alexenders, Alipa, Leondis Trips: Madalena Boat Trip is a great way to explore and crew great fun! Big shout out to hotel staff; receptionist Marilena and bar man Alexsndros!

If you think about 3stars hotel in good price, it really have 3 stars. Rooms are small, but compact and you will find everything what you need: balcony, small fridge, electric minipot, tv. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Room cleaned every day, towels changed every day also. Polite and helpful staff. Pool also cleaned, with sunbeds which wasn't 'reserved' by towels and umbrellas. Breakfasts were very well. Good choice of food, a bit rotation every day. Nespresso coffee from capsules, good scrambled eggs (not made from powdered eggs!). Only once bread wasn't fresh and juices have strange taste. Tematic evenings - we came on greek dancers. Bar open till 23.00. Hotel located around 30 minutes from airport and around 40/50 minutes by bus from Kerkyra. Bus stop near hotel with ticket machine. Good restaurants nearby, cafè, car rental, markets, tennis court and public laundry. Public beach with paid sunbeds, or you can find small wild spot :)

I wanted to write a very honest review of this hotel. There are positives. Our room was great and we had a sea view - the cleaners are superb and cleaned our room every day. I quite liked the breakfast, but my partner found it repetitive, so depends on taste I think. The staff are all great, especially the lovely ladies on Reception, who could not be more helpful and Alex the bar man, chap who seems to do everything - very hard working, helpful, happy, welcoming. There are several sunbeds around the pool which are broken. When we were there the pool was green and I could not believe people were actually going in it... To be fair to the hotel, on our last couple of days there was a chap there giving the pool attention. I think there is a staffing shortage as they all seem very busy. On our first day we were given a menu and tried to order food at lunch time and were told that we could not have meat!!!! So really the only other thing you could have was chips..... Also, on the same day I asked for a Bloody Mary and was told no cocktails today - only beer and wine....The pool bar was open on the evening we arrived - but did not reopen again after that evening. Dassia as an area did not suit us very well. The road is busy and they could definitely do with a pedestrian crossing. During the day not very much was open - most restaurants seemed to open around 5 or 6 pm... We had several days at the Beach Club Malibu - which was really nice. We also loved the little bar on the front, Dassia Beach Bar. In poor weather - of which we had quite a lot - rain/thunder/lightening - there is little to do in Dassia. I agree with the previous review - there are 2 ways to get to the hotel and in poor weather you have to wade through deep puddles. We did a tour of the island and a trip to Albania - both of which I would recommend... but be prepared to queue at the Ferry Port on your return... Only 2 people checking passports and a couple of ferries arrived together, so long queues. Corfu town is lovely and we got a taxi there - the no 7 bus always looks very busy, with people standing - so we avoided the bus. On our first trip to Corfu Town there were 3 cruise ships docked - so very, very, very busy.... But the second time we went it was lovely and peaceful. This hotel has the potential to be good, but there is very little holiday feel atmosphere.

Don't know where to start really was dropped on the very busy main road and was just told walk down the lane and turn left by the tui coach driver there was a massive puddle in the lane impossible to get over without getting wet. Checked in and was shown our room looked not to bad at first but after looking round it was dreadful. Walls dirty and concrete put in holes not painted over a open fuse box and plug sockets that where loose. In the evening we decided to sit on the balcony but couldn't fine a light switch receptionist came up and we finally found it I did ask at this point if we could move but she said no it wasn't possible. After 3 days I saw Alex the tui rep showed him the pictures I had taken and we did get moved. We was bed and breakfast there was limited choice and none of the warm food was warm at all the plates where cold and by the time you walked to the table the food was cold. People where complaining about the food and the state of the bathing area aswell the pool was filthy with green coloured scum on the bottom broken tiles and very tired looking sunbeds. The staff at the bar especially alex was really good and worked hard as did all the maids always had clean rooms and fresh towels and bedding everyday. If you fly with tui and uou have a problem let the rep know he's really good and as he said if no one says anything to him he can't do anything about it the whole hotel needs a refurbishment and a change in the restaurant some people said they were evening meal aswell but ate out as the food was the same nearly every night and was cold .

Hotel Livadi Nafsika Dassia Insel Korfu 11.–18. September 2024 Dieses Hotel verspricht mehr als es hält. Durch zahlreiche Reisen in südliche Länder ist mir bewusst, dass es dort landestypische Eigenheiten und eine Mentalität gibt, die eben anders sind. Doch weder landestypische Eigenheiten noch die südländische Mentalität können rechtfertigen, dass das Essen weder abwechslungsreich noch lauwarm bis kalt ist. Was man dort angeboten hatte, wurde nur teilweise beschriftet oder auch gar nicht. Das Essen scheint auch vorgekocht und dann immer wieder aufgewärmt zu sein. Die Frühstückszeit begann um 7:00. Wenn man aber um 7:30 immer noch das Buffet herrichtet, dann mag das südländischer Gelassenheit geschuldet sein, aber das geht gar nicht! Wer den Tag zeitig beginnen möchte, der bekommt nicht das komplette Frühstücksangebot. Für mich wäre das am Abreisetag in Ordnung, wenn man vorzeitig Frühstück bekommt. Hotelkatzen, sie sind eben landestypische Begleiter, muß man ertragen. Die Außenanlagen machen einen ordentlichen Eindruck, jedenfalls vor dem Hotel. Beim genaueren Hinsehen bemerkt man dann doch wieder die südländische Mentalität, aber das ist halt so. Die Poolanlage macht einen halbherzig gepflegten Eindruck. Defekte Sonnenschirme, defekte Sonnenliegen…, alles Dinge, die mit wenig Aufwand in Ordnung zu bringen wären. Eine Poolbar gab es zwar, aber die war leider geschlossen. Weitere Bauvorhaben, von denen man noch nicht erkennen kann, was sie einmal werden sollen, brauchen halt noch südländische Zeit. Das Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung. Es gab aber auch Gäste, die wollten das Zimmer tauschen. In unserem Zimmer machte sich am zweiten Tag ein unangenehmer Geruch breit. Eine verschmutzte Bodenentwässerung war hier die Ursache. Ich hätte es reklamieren können, aber die südländische Mentalität…, nun ja, ich habe es in 10 min. selber gereinigt. Meine Kritik hierzu ist, die Bodenentwässerung muss schon länger unangenehm gerochen haben, denn sie war schon fast verstopft. W- LAN gibt es zwar, geht aber nicht überall. Auf der Terrasse ein Bier genießen und im NETZ sein ist nicht immer möglich. Das Personal war normal. Es gab scheinbar frustrierte “Schlaftabletten” und engagierte, gut gelaunte Mitarbeiter. Das ist sicher überall so. Natürlich hat dieses Hotel auch angenehme Seiten, aber man wird nun mal an den Dingen gemessen, die nicht in Ordnung sind! Ich halte nichts davon, alles mit Fotos zu “beweisen”, ich möchte nur meine Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel teilen. Die Insel Korfu selbst: Schmutzig und überfüllt, aber wir waren ja auch dort. Der Strand ist gut zu erreichen, aber nicht zu gebrauchen. Sehr schmal und schmutzig. Strandtavernen gab es allerdings reichlich. Unser Fazit: Es war o.k., aber nochmal nicht!

This hotel is the worst that i have ever stayed in. The photographs on the website are very misleading in reality this hotel is dirty with a horrible strong smell of drains, our room was dark and dingy. the bathroom was so small and the shower not fit for purpose. The walls so thin that you could hear every thing from the next room. the pool area is not nice and possibly the worst pool that I have ever seen with green dirty water. The evening meal was terrible, food that was cooked and just left out to go cold. the chicken was pink inside and just inedible so we walked out and found a pizza place as we didnt want to get food poisoning. we reported this to TUI who promised to send a rep the next morning but didnt turn up so we checked out and found our selves another hotel which was lovely. We are not overly fussy people but this hotel is truly unaceptable.
