Darlington East (Morton Park)

We have stayed at quite a few premier inns this week during our easter road trip and this one is by far the best one out of them all! Upon arrival housekeeping had hidden eggs around the room for the children to find. They were so excited by this and it gave us some time to unpack while they searched for the eggs. They took them down to reception and received a little Easter treat. It was a lovely gesture. Room was spacious (we had a family room) loads of room for us all to move around. The room was extremely clean. Even public areas were spotless. I couldn’t fault any of it.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was generally clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. However, there were a few downsides. The walls in the room had noticeable marks, which detracted from the otherwise neat appearance. Additionally, the TV was surprisingly small for the size of the room, making it a bit hard to enjoy comfortably from the bed. I also tried using the self-service check-in machine, but it didn’t really speed up the process as expected, and I ended up waiting a bit longer than anticipated. While these were minor inconveniences, they didn't overshadow the overall quality of my stay.

Just want to say thank you to Christine who was working on the evening of Saturday 29th March at Morton Park Premier Inn in Darlington. She greeted us with a friendly welcome, including hot chocolate and biscuits. Excellent customer service!

Came for a course that I had to revise for and had a little trouble with someone being super noisy in the room next door. Went to reception and got sorted out straight away by a lovely and super helpful lady called Tracy. She sorted it out instantly and was super accommodating. Really appreciate the help for going above and beyond to help me out. Great stay and always a great nights sleep. Hope to be back again

Room was cold and had such a noisy fan we had the most uncomfortable bed so had hardly any sleep. Only 1 extra pillow and too late and tired when this was discovered to go back to reception Reception for check in was so bad no information given as to where to find our room . Huge potholes in the car park. Will give this one a miss next time
