Just want to say thank you to Christine who was working on the evening of Saturday 29th March at Morton Park Premier Inn in Darlington. She greeted us with a friendly welcome, including hot chocolate and biscuits. Excellent customer service!

Friendly staff and service Clean and tidy room Comfy bed pillows where clean and soft Brilliant WiFi comfy chair Bathroom was clean and tidy with soft clean towels Both heating and a room fan was provided The room was bright and welcoming Overall Brilliant

Came for a course that I had to revise for and had a little trouble with someone being super noisy in the room next door. Went to reception and got sorted out straight away by a lovely and super helpful lady called Tracy. She sorted it out instantly and was super accommodating. Really appreciate the help for going above and beyond to help me out. Great stay and always a great nights sleep. Hope to be back again

Room was cold and had such a noisy fan we had the most uncomfortable bed so had hardly any sleep. Only 1 extra pillow and too late and tired when this was discovered to go back to reception Reception for check in was so bad no information given as to where to find our room . Huge potholes in the car park. Will give this one a miss next time

Nice hotel and reasonably priced. We arrived quite late but checked in by a nice member of staff Tracy who gave us a sachet of hot chocolate each to enjoy in our room. Shame only had 2 cups! Heard a bit of noise in the night from people arriving early hours but was ok. Hadn’t got any shower gel in the bottle in the bathroom so had to go to reception and ask for some more which was a bit of a pain! Didn’t have breakfast as a big Sunday lunch planned at 12😁

Great service and patience from Tracy as the key cutting machine was playing up. As usual staff were friendly and helpful, Morton Park is our "go to inn" when in the area. If booked well in advance, a very competitive cost is secured allowing more time to spend in the area.

I was experiencing issues connecting to the Wi-Fi and Tracey went above and beyond to resolve this for me by liaising with colleagues located at other locations and obtaining the relevant knowledge to rectify this for me. Thank you, Tracey.

When we arrived the reception Lady Tracy was very cheery and helpful . So nice to have a proper reception and make you feel like you are the only one that matters. The room is as expected and that is why we like to stay in a premier inn, the only thing that strikes me as there is only a vent in the bathroom but no extraction fan which is not so great for obvious reasons.
